What kind of nipples does it come with?

It comes with the medium flow nipples (3-6 month) NOT fast flow like previous answers stated.

Do these come with caps/covers? I only see the bottle, green rim and nipples

Yes. These are fast flow nipples by the way. I didn’t realize it when I purchased and needed slow flow. The caps do come with it!

What size nipples do the 8oz come with?

I believe it’s a medium. They have 2 holes vs the small with 1 hole. My grand baby is a big eater so bottle was a better size but I order a bunch of small nipples. Those 2 hole nipples seem to be better for when they are 5-6 months old:
