The software gives me errors that the skin fails to load and the subscript is out of range. Any ideas?

Try smaller parameters, and yes it is very finicky and fussy.

Is there a link to download the software?

There are many free sites for software for this device you just need to do a search. My device S1144 came with a software disk.

There are no magnets, no instructions and no software, totally useless, plz advise?

Hi. You can download the software on the link as following: https://www.amazon.com/clouddrive/share/YMWNXZCXw9rmfNmA410IkZU7kF0uLpA9WS3CMsY4pju Thank you.
