I work at the PC and this device immediately started to correct my posture by forcing my shoulders back. I needed my wife’s help to strap it on, adjust it, and to remove it. I kept the exact same strap adjustments. The second time, I put it on myself by raising both arms and slipping it on. It worked. I also removed it in a similar way. I now wear it a couple of times every day (20-30 minutes each) and my posture has continued to improve and my pain has greatly diminished.

Don't bother
Not comfortable. Didn't fit. Perhaps if one is smaller than the model featured then it would work, but if you are any bigger than a size 3 or have larger than a small b-cup breast then don't bother.

LMT Recommended
Rubs armpits but definitely helps with medial rotation of the shoulders. As a LMT I have recommended this product to everyone that has asked how to rid themselves of the Med. Rot.

digs really badly under my armpits in the front. too bad, I really wanted to like it. returned, no problems. thanks Amazon!

Not for Me
I could not use it. It is well made, but it hurt in the arm pit area. I had to return it.
