I recently got into raising quail and these scissors cut clean through the egg, no shell in the egg. I’m giving a few sets away to new customers (testers) since quail eggs are not common to find in my area, and word of mouth is the best advertising.

Great value for the money. I basically give these away to people who buy our quail eggs. Makes it kind of fun. The scissors are not exactly restaurant quality but great for occasional personal use and you cant beat the price. I have tried probably half of the pack and they all seem to be sharp, tight, and properly aligned. perfectly functional for opening quail eggs.

The plastic is kind of chins and a lot of the scissors dont close the gap all the way. Leaving space between the point and the round cutter, not slicing off all the way, so you have to tear the top the rest of the way off. It was about 50% were fine, the other 50% had a gap. Still functions, I just give those ones away with the eggs

I enjoyed to use it when eating fresh quail eggs without crushing it in my hands.Safety note to parents/adults: please keep these scissors in the safe place, away from any curious/dis-obedience children. They can loose their fingers if they played with each other. Teach them this is not a toy!

These quail egg shell cutters work well, are a good size (although may not be ideal for larger hands), and are a good value for the price. I would purchase them again!
