Look at the review from CR
The new clips did not work. Look at the review posted by CR, it'll tell you to retain the old clips and put them into this new visor. I had some difficulty with popping them in even using the old clips. The key points are NOT to engage the C-shaped plastic cover piece, which has two white tabs that lock into the mechanism, until the last step. If you lock the C-shaped cover piece into the rest of the mechanism before you put the whole visor in place, you'll never be able to put the whole visor in.Just take the old clips off your old visor, replace the new ones with them. Don't push them too deeply in. Just enough for both clips to sit and not be able to be tugged out. As CR's review says, the flanges should face outwards. At this point, the metal clips should be easy to squeeze inwards and remove. The C-shaped plastic piece that you'll put up last serves to block the space between the two legs of the clip so as to wedge itself firmly into the ceiling of the car.Anyway next step is to pop the clips in, then pop the C-shaped plastic piece into place (both top and bottom should lock well). I had issues with one side locking super well, the other side not locking at all. In this case, angle the whole visor slightly towards you or away from you to expose the mechanism, use a flathead screwdriver to press the metal clips in a little bit so you can pull it back out. I found that one of my clips was buried too deep into the mechanism so I pinched it and pulled it back and it clicked into place. I then tried to lock the previously faulty side first, and everything worked very well after that. If the C-shaped plastic piece is looking like it's not sitting flush with the mechanism, you may not be in on that side. Hope this helps!
