How do I turn off the time periods timer?

I have a 120V relay/contactor that manages my baseboard heaters. So I need a thermostat that can handle a inductive load. Will this work?

The thermostat is designed for a line load based system such as a baseboard heater, motor, hot water heater, etc. You can use it for either 120v or 240v. I assume that your 120v relay will work just fine, it certainly should draw well under the 16 amp capacity of this thermostat.

What is the lowest temperature setting?

The lowest temperature setting is 45F

Is there a self life on this product? I’ve had mine maybe 8 years. I have mine on hold at 65 but sometimes it goes to 80 or 50 but displays 65

Do you mean "Shelf Life"?? If it is unused for a long period of time, I suspect that it would last for many years, as there is very little inside to degrade over time (except maybe several tiny capacitors, which typically last for decades). I forget what the normal life expectancy is during normal use. I have 3 of them, and the one in my bedroom does occasionally malfunction. I have read some "less than favorable" reviews about this product. Make sure your batteries are good and fresh. If they are fresh, but the stat still malfunctions, you might have received a "lemon".
