I love this fake tan! It's amazing. I've used other fake tans and wasnt that impressed, I'm also reluctant to spend the prices fake bake and st tropez charge. I've had loads of compliments on how tanned I look and keep recommending everone to buy it. So the actual product review....it arrived next day which was a massive bonus. When applying use latex gloves and give it a good shake. Make sure you have an old t-shirt and shorts to wear after applying. You need to leave the fake tan on for at least 4-6 hrs to get a good result...generally i do overnight and wash it off in the morning. It sets in very quick so make sure you do a section at a time and really work it in. It colours dark so you can see where it has been applied but takes on a very natural tan colour once its finished. it doesnt go streaky if you actually work it in - the end result is based on how much effort you put in. It dries pretty quickly but will stay very slightly sticky for a while. It does have a bit of a biscuit smell but its worth it for the colour you get. Dont go near any water until you are ready to wash it off as it will rub the tan off. It also lasts a good 3 days or more before you have to top up again and doesnt come off in the shower once set. Very happy and will continue to use this product!!

I must say I was sceptical when I bought this. At a fraction of St Tropez one of the best brands on market for self-tanning products. I didn't expect it to be as good, but went with the positive reviews, I figured since it's cheap I'd give it a go. I know some peoples ideas of what constitutes a *natural* looking fake tan differ greatly and I'm quite fussy. My first attempt wasn't great and I was almost dismissed the product as rubbish. Even using the recommend mitt I wasn't able to get an even distribution and it came out a bit too dark, streaky, clumpy, and basically unnatural looking on my face. HOWEVER, a second time provided really impressive results and by the third attempt, I'd mastered it fully and had a convincing looking fan, like I'd just stepped off a plane from a hot country! The tone is perfect, not orange or weird, just natural sun-tan skin colour, with absolutely NO noticeable scent. It does takes a bit of trial and error, so expect 2-3 goes and be patient. You have to learn the knack of applying it. Here's how I do it.. first of all, LESS IS MORE. Just use a little tiny blob on the mitt and start somewhere on your supper arm or somewhere covered up, so you can see how dark it will come out and how thinly you can spread it. The more thinly you spread it, the more natural it looks, but the lighter the tan is. However if you want it darker, its better to re-apply layers, rather than try to use loads on the first application. It doesn't seem to matter if you have a tanned area (drying) and a white area, you can re-apply, overlap and it blends perfectly! That's really neat. So, here's my technique from trial and error.. I use little blobs on the mitt, rubbed gently into my face and neck after exfoliating, patting face dry. Then I use a simple Nivea for Men moisturiser and wait about 40 minutes and this helps even out your skin tone, get rid of any dry patches etc. I focus on the large areas first, the cheeks, forehead and then blended it down to the hairline, over the nose, around eyes and mouth last (around the nose and mouth MUST be done sparingly, this is where fake tan looks more obvious if you overdo it). For the neck area, I've discovered it's best to work from the bottom up, and again, use sparingly over the jaw line (especially if you're a guy with slight stubble). Don't forget to do all around your neck, around and over your ears, and behind the ears (do it sparingly again). If you neglect these areas its a tell-tale giveaway you have face tan if you glaring obvious white places next to tanned. The idea is to get an even, consistent look all around. The mitt is great for wide areas of skin but what I do is use latex gloves and have a bit on the palm and use a finger to just spread it over the delicate areas like hair line, ears, nose, eyelids etc. The colour comes pretty instant so gives you a fair idea of coverage. As time goes by, say within about 1-2 hours the tan deeps a little and looks more natural as your skin oils/sweat etc help. I find slashing water on face too after waiting about 4-5 hours is a good way to get a more natural tanned look and removes any excess. Just pat dry with a dark towel, moisturise again, and you'll look stunning and good to go. My brother just came back from Spain after I use St Moriz for the third time.. We were standing side by side and it was hard to tell the difference in tans, mine looked as natural as his people said and couldn't believe it came from a bottle. I would not hesitate to continue using this as my no1 tan product of choice now and recommend it to others. I think the bottle will last ages. Just remember, less is more, go slowly and see how much you need to apply to get the tan depth you like. Finally, it lasts a decent while, maybe 3-4 days before you need to top-up the tan. If you do get it on your hands, it's fairly easy to get off with soap if you wash them immediately. If you leave it longer than 5 mins, it dries and stains. And whatever you do, DO NOT wear light clothes or your best shirts, until it's properly dried which can take hours. Either wear a dark dressing gown, old t-shirt or a black shirt if going out. I am extremely pleased with this product. The mousse is very easy to apply and the result is 100 percent streak free. The guide colour is lovely and while the tan is developing i often get asked if i have been on holiday. However, once the guide colour is washed off the tan is lighter than other tans such as St Tropez. As i have very fair fair skin this suits me perfectly and is so natural looking that people are genuinely amazed when i tell them it is fake. Unlike some other tans this work well on the face too, but fades quicker here. I always exfoliate then moisturise my hands, feet, elbows and knees prior to application, then apply with a tanning mitt. I have tried several mitts but Velvotan is the best for me. I use this twice a week and have a contstant believable tan that does not build up in certain areas. I have stopped searching for a favourite now and buy three bottles at a time - which only cost about a tenner! I would particularly reccomend this if, like me you are fair skinned and just dont want to be lily white.

Absolutely love this tanning mousse! St Moriz has always been my budget-friendly go to, and the medium shade gives such a gorgeous, natural-looking glow to my super pale skin. No weird orange tones or streaks! It applies really easily with a decent mitt, dries super fast, and develops into a beautiful, even tan. Does have that slight biscuit smell but nearly all tans do lol. The mousse isn't clear so the guide colour makes it easy to see where you've applied it (or where you've missed!). A total bargain for the quality - I've tried pricier brands, but I always come back to this one as I find they apply pretty much the same. If you want an effortless tan for cheap, this is the one to try!

I've been fake tanning for over 10 years, I can not recommended enough how important it is to get a good glove when using products like this. My skin tends to burn then tan. I'm pretty white and am thankful for fake tanners. As far as tanners go I've learned that mousse is my favorite, lotion being my second and spray my least. I'll tell ya why: Fake Bake Flawless tanner. This product does come with a glove - I hated the glove. You will read mix reviews on the glove. Some love it well others felt the way I did. What's point of using a glove if the product goes through it. It also the material sheds. I don't like spray because you're spraying it into the air, it goes every where. It smells! I don't want fake tanner on my new gray tile bathroom. Or on my counter. I'm only using this product now to use it up since I got the two bottle deal. Sun Laboratories Ultra DARK lotion: One of my favorite lotions. Better than any store brand. Hardly any smell to it. The lotion is dark so you can see where it goes. Easy to apply. Drys fast. Great color. Works even better with a glove. St Moriz Instant Self Tanning Mousse Medium: My newest love. Love love the mousse. It works so well. You see where it goes, the glove makes it so simple to spread. I did try the dark but even with a glove I can't get it to apply right. I think I'm just too white for it. It gives me a grayness to my I also recommend getting a pair of exfoliating gloves for the shower. Target had a nice thick pair (don't get the thin). Use every time you shower. Great before shaving too. Good luck!

Fonctionne super bien. Par contre s enleve à la douche et attention a l oreiller La peau est bronzée aussitôt prévoir obligatoirement un gant applicateur pour éviter les mauvaises surprises sur les mains . L odeur est correcte Je recommande .

Davvero interessante!!! Credevo fosse un procedimento lungo e noioso applicare l'autoabbronzante, invece assolutamente no: basta avere prodotto e strumenti giusti! Questa spuma è facile da applicare, non fa striature, una volta asciutta non ha nemmeno macchiato i tessuti....una bomba! Basta tenerla addosso il numero di ore prescritto come da istruzioni e il gioco è fatto. Ovviamente prima di applicare e necessario fare uno scrub sotto la doccia....ma questa è normale prassi periodica. Dona un colr miele alla pelle molto naturale e dura circa una settimana. La colorazione dark va benissimo per pelli chiare!
