The Grey Ghost Gear Slim Medical Pouch is designed to take up only two modular webbing channels on your vest or other MOLLE compatible platform. As it's name states, it has a slim profile and is specifically designed to carry your most important trauma supplies. Dual zippers running the full length of the pouch, combined with a large pull tab, allow quick access to the contents inside the pouch. On the inside is plenty of room for essential trauma items as well as a flat pocket and elastic bands to secure various items. A bungee retainer system on the front of the pouch can secure a tourniquet and two rows of modular webbing on either side can hold a pair of trauma shears or items. The pouch is constructed of 500 Denier Cordura nylon and attaches to any MOLLE/PALS style webbing with the two included MALICE Clips.

A great deal
Larger than I expected. Internally, 3 medium sized retention bands. 1 large retention band. (Entire length of the IFAK.) 3 small retention bands for pens NPAs ect. Pouch is a quality build. Comes with 2 plastic Malice clips. I used the White Compact NAR chest seals. The full size Grey NAR chest seals will fit also. Also a 4 inch width pressure bandage. I carry the IFAK in my truck and backpack.
