I suffered growing up with CANKERS SORES and COLD SORES until I learned in my early 30s what was causing them. It is CITRUS ACID (for you that don’t know). Most fruit has citrus acid like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, all fruit juices, etc. I can eat or drink them once in a while by taking a Nature Made 1000 PILL every single day. If I feel one sore coming on even though I can’t see it, then I stop all fruit and start taking 2 pills for 1 to 2 days and then continue with 1 pill daily. YES, THEY ARE HUGE PILLS BUT I CHOPPED THEM UP INTO A ‘POWDER’ AND THEY HAVE WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I ADVISE YOU TO FINE YOUR OWN ROUTINE. Hope this helps. Good value for money; hardly any smell.

The one or two times I got one due to extreme stress on my body (child birth being one), I just doubled up and it greatly shortened the duration of my cold sore and made them less painful. I like this brand the best because it’s the easiest to swallow - lysine pills are very large and do take some getting used to, but this brand is the easiest and doesn’t get stuck in your throat. I genuinely recommend Lysine to anyone I can as I feel like it literally improved my life so much. Anyway, if you’re thinking about it, buy them!

Good product which helped my wife with her canker sores but she has trouble swallowing it. We cut it in half but the jagged edge at the cut was also difficult for her to swallow. She moved on to capsules with another brand.

I grew up with fever blisters... probably got them sharing food / drinks or makeup with friends in school. I don't remember a time growing up that I didn't get them. Then... I read somewhere that this stuff (L-Lysine) helps with fever blisters. WHAT? So I bought a bottle and added it to my daily vitamins I take. I didn’t really think about it one way or another... until I ran I out... within a week, I had a fever blister. Started taling this that day... it was almost completely gone 3 days later. I didn't need that gross carmex or blistex stuff. I highly ready this if you have fever blisters. I can't speak for anything else, but it does indeed prevent them as long as you take it as indicated on the bottle.

L-Lysine is one of the best supplements for stubborn acne. By no means is it a miracle, but it helps my skin heal so fast, and it helps it stay clear (as long as I have it and remember to take it!) I mean, look at my skin. The first pictures are after and the others are before. Its a wild difference and to be honest, my acne can actually get a lot worse. I also get cold sores a lot, from weather, stomach upsets, etc... and it is amazing for keeping those away. I haven't had one in 2 years when I used to multiple times a year. I highly recommend for acne, cystic acne, and cold sores!

Thugh the tablet is big in size but it easily goes..... Super technology... It's totally different quality... When I consume I feel really good and great 👍👍👍👍
