Take at night!
Love:- Hair and nails are strong and thick- Skin has been nicely glow since starting these- Noticeably more mentally clear with more energy when I take these vs when I skip doses- No vitamin burpsDislike:- Can only take them at night otherwise I get super nauseous. However since switching to night I noticed morning sickness was a lot more bare able.- constipation! I sometimes have to skip a day or two to encourage my body to let go.- they smell strongOverall, I love these vitamins. They really do work. Just find the best way to take them for you and you’ll be really happy

Finally, a Prenatal I Trust!
These are hands down the best prenatal vitamins I’ve found. Clean, well-researched ingredients, and third-party tested which gives me peace of mind during pregnancy. I love knowing I’m taking something safe and high quality that I can truly trust. Feeling good, baby’s growing strong, zero complaints!

Quality ingredients, lead to quality bodies, lead to quality babies.
Quality ingredients, lead to quality bodies, lead to quality babies. I’ve been taking Thorne prenatals in support of my last 2 pregnancies and my nursing journeys. I can physically tell if I missed a day of taking them, and they’ve provided all the extras I need to keep a strong milk supply and balance those postpartum hormones too.

My go to prenatal
It doesn’t make me sick and it’s easy to go down. I’ve just it my entire pregnancy and it’s easy just to have it on subscription so I don’t forget to order it. I also like the ingredients compared to a lot of other prenatal vitamins.

packed prenatal, makes you nauseous without big meal
I started taking these 1 week postpartum (I threw up trying to take any sort of pill during pregnancy & could have neeeever gotten one of these down let alone three at a time) because they are jaaaaaam packed compared to other prenantals and I could finally swallow pills again. I'm 12 weeks PP now and haven't done any bloodwork, but am feeling really really good and I'm sure these prenatals have helped. These definitely made me nauseous if I didn't take them with a big meal (I even threw up one time I was so nauseous), I've started taking them after I eat dinner just to be sure I have enough food in me. They do have a bit of an odd smell / taste but what supplement doesn't. Overall super packed prenatal / nursing supplement!

Best Prenatal out there
Love Thorne brand. These are great, high quality Prenatal vitamins. They really help me not feel depleted during pregnancy, and even after. I always take a Prenatal, even when I'm not pregnant. And this is one of the best I've tried. The directions say 3 capsules at once, which is seems like a lot but they supply enough for a month. Good price too. No bad after taste. I would take with food though.

Noticeable increase of enegry
These have seemed to work well for me already. I used to get vitamins from local chain stores and didn't really see a difference so I stopped. I noticed very low energy lately. I have had low iron/vit d levels throughout my life. I was recommended these and am thankful for that! Energy increasing only after a few days of starting! With that, I will say I wish the regular multi vitamins had iron. They don't which is why I purchased the prenatal. I will keep purchasing moving forward and have recommended to family!

Mixed about it
I love that it's packed with nutrients but it gives me really bad acid reflux. For sure eat then with a good amount of food. I've taken it with just a snack and each time I vomited. It's 3 pills which I take them pretty spaced out cause they are just so strong. I don't mind taking them and dealing with the extra stuff but honestly of I find something similar with less pills I'd probably switch.
