Is the glue any good? Would it last a few weeks while I am on vacation?

The glue is an epoxy type. 2 parts. Very strong when mixed and set per instructions. But as mentioned by others the "fit" of tooth to denture is important. I have a top/center tooth replaced with the kit for almost a year. No special consideration to what I eat.

if i replace existing teeth how would i get the old teeth out

I wear dentures. The two teeth came out clean, so I had no problem replacing them. But if the teeth broke out of your denture, you can file it down so as to add the new teeth. And the denture kit works great!
