Perfect Compact Desk
This desk is perfect size for a small space. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and has a modern design that looks great in my room. The side shelves provide extra storage for books, accessories, or office supplies, helping keep everything organized. Iโm very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Used in my college dorm
I used this in college next to my bed as a nightstand/desk/vanity considering I had limited space in my dorm. Sorry I have no pictures from when I had it. But, the triple shelf worked great as I used the top shelf for my makeup, the middle shelf for my perfumes, and on the bottom shelf I had a 3 tier Desktop organizer which I used for my school supplies (folders/binders/misc). With these desk shelves, I made sure to put my makeup on the top as it was light/ easy everyday access.. the middle shelf for perfumes because they were light, and the bottom shelf for my school stuff because it was the heaviest stuff. On the desk part, I had a clock lamp in one corner & a stand up mirror in the other & still had space in the middle. On the perfume shelf, I kept a coaster there too for when I wanted water next to my low-to the ground bed. It doesnโt come with a chair but I used a stool chair from 5 below & it fit perfectly & could tuck under. It was easy to build, and the color was great, looked like real wood. In terms of sturdiness, I had it on carpet which helped, but it was a bit wobbly. This is not a desk that would be comfortable for adults unless they are 5โ3 or smaller like me but it is functional for a great price! Hope this helps!

How to love your new desk...
Here is my review/suggestions.... I am a composer/musician/artist/mosaicist and work from home - basically a work-station for each discipline. Purchased two of these to clear up space in my livingroom. 27$ - so I purchased two. This is NOT a product to be all gung-ho in assembling. Make some tea/coffee/other beverage, relax, put on some music, and enjoy the journey of assembly, while getting to know the new addition to your flat. Things to consider - 1 - Not Tiffany quality, but if put together with some extra love, it will last awhile. 2 - Gorilla Glue, wood glue version. This is optional, but recommended. GLUE EVERYTHING! From the screws to the joints NOTE - this will render your product moot for return and disassembly. But, it will be sturdier to some degree since this is particle board. 3 - Cats. If you have them, either put them away while you assemble or accept that they will want to 'help'. Be aware there are tiny things they might eat or play with and lose, and it comes with styrofoam (which I don't understand why they still use - it's just harmful to everything) 4 - Surfaces. This scratches easily and I have cement floors. Put a towel down or do this on carpet to avoid scratches. Make sure whatever you decide, it's as level/flat as possible. 5 - Power Drill. Be seriously carefull with this. Use one, yes, but short, light, bursts, as this is particle board and will rip apart easily. 6 - Cleaning. Soft towel and Windex or other light cleaner works well. Don't be aggressive as it scratches easily. The instructions are... ok. Do a mock run before final assembly, especially if you opt to use glue. When gluing joints and whatnot, have a heavy object near to place on top while you allow the glue to dry a bit before continuing. The pieces are marked with LETTERS in RED, however, kind of hard to read. But at least they are there. Also which direction they go can also be kind of vague. Some of the diagrams are not accurate. I have included a photo one. The LARGER rods go on the btm and the SMALLER ones on top. The TOP caps you kind of have to just keep turning, even when flat to the shelf, until it can't turn any further. If you opt to use glue - wait a few hours before using it to make sure the glue has dried/sealed. This desk can ONLY be assembled in one direction - shelves only on the one side. I purchased two and am just going to turn the other one around - or you can be reckless and free and drill new holes, going against the conformity of the directions. You Go Rockstar! (You will run the risk of destroying your new desk). It's shallow - as in from what is deemed the front to the back. 15.5". Enough for a monitor and keyboard (there is NO keyboard pull-out shelf). But not much else. All depending on the size of keyboard/monitor you have. A standard/typical desktop hard drive will fit on the lower shelf. And JUST that - depending on its weight. Again - particle board, not quite that strong. Portable hard drives and what not are perfect for the upper shelf. Photos, nicknacks, and whatnot are perfect for the top shelf - however, if you have cats, they will just be invitations to knock off. Fair warning. This desk is OPEN - as in there are NO extra holes for cords. Again, you can drill new ones yourself but you run the risk of destroying your desk. It's compact - very compact. It can fit most places in a flat - like a tiny car can fit in random/odd spaces. But pretty much just a computer/laptop station. This is NOT a desk for someone who likes to spread out while they work - hence, I purchased two. There ya go, these are just my thoughts/suggestions. It's a good desk. It works. Don't be rough with it, and it will last. Go Forth and Create!

Nice compact computer desk under 25
Bought this small compact desk to hold my mini itx pc with small 24 inch monitor. It does not dissappoint. Purchased this for 25 dollars with tax, this is a good deal. Its small and tidy, perf for mini itx pc case. DO NOT purchase this small desk if you planning it to hold your mid tower or bigger case. One canโt even spend 25 dollars to buy a few pieces of mdf board to build a desk, let alone all the hardwares includes to assemble one. Spent 30 mins following the included instruction. No issue and it turned out really well.

Does the job, but you might want to save your money.
I bought this desk for my new apartment near the university that I attend. I needed a quick and cheap desk that I can buy, put together quickly, and begin to use immediately, because using my laptop on my bed was getting tiring. I found it relatively easy to put together; took me 30-45 minutes to assemble everything. I've only been actively using the desk for around 6 weeks (strictly computer usaage) and it has yet to show any signs of giving way. I live with roommates so I often hear comments and jokes about this desk being cheap and flimsy but honestly it does the job and does not seem to be giving out in any way. I've never noticed any wobbling unless I accidentally bump into it, although that may have something to do with it being in the corner of my room. It has just enough room for my laptop, and any knick-knacks and gadgets I may have can fit easily on the side shelves, which is basically all I need from the desk so it was a pretty good buy for the money. Now for the cons, it has very very little space. That should be a given since it is a "compact desk" but it truly can hold a laptop, and nothing else (disregarding the shelves on the side). This has proved to be a bother when I try to eat in front of my computer as there is no space to rest the plate down. Another thing is the edges of the desk can be a bit of an annoyance. When using your computer on this desk, the edges of the desk will cut into the bottom of your forearms, causing a bit of pain. Since most desks are large enough for you to rest your arm on while typing and such, this problem is rare and maybe unique to small desks like this. I remedied the problem by placing covers over the edge of the desk where my arms rest. Maybe I'm overreacting, but it does seem to become an almost unbearable annoyance if you spend hours in front of a computer like I do. All in all this desk serves its purpose without much of a problem and is a good stepping stone towards a better desk. However, if I am to be completely honest, you might want to skip this purchase if you already have the means for a better desk, or plan to upgrade in the near future (2-3 months). If you do not see yourself using this desk for up to 6 months, I would suggest saving your money and investing it in a better, more legitimate desk.

Okay for Basic Use, Not Heavy Duty
wasnโt very satisfied with this desk. It looks nice and is compact, which is good for small spaces, but itโs not very solid. The materials feel lightweight, and it can wobble a bit if you put too much weight on it. Setup is fairly easy, and the shelves are useful, but overall it feels more like a temporary or light-use desk. Itโs okay for basic use, but donโt expect strong durability

Good price, good product
As someone that lives in NYC where space is very limited, I've been in the look for a small desk to use in my room. I've been buying new furniture and remodeling my room so I wanted to have a small space where I could work or just a surface where I could just accommodate things in a way that doesn't look cluttered. After reading many mixed reviews on this and being attracted by the price, I decided to give this a shot. I wasn't really expecting much but it actually impressed me a lot. Not only price wise is good, but I feel like its the perfect small desk I was hoping to get. Assembly is super easy (Im a technician so it only took me 15 minutes to assemble by myself) and you could do it by yourself. Instructions are clear and easy to follow even tho they are all pictures. Even if you're not a handy person, this is something you could assemble with smooth sailing. My recommendation is to take your time and read the instructions (or look at the instructions in this case) a few times before starting. If you don't feel confident definitely ask for help but it shouldn't give you any headaches. It is actually sturdier than I anticipated. I don't know if the way I assembled it has to do with it but I literally just followed the instructions and tightened the screws for the main surface after they were put together. That usually gives it a studier feel and makes sure the screws in the wood are secure in my experience. Really happy with my purchase over all. For right now I only have small things on the desk as I'm using is as some sort of vanity/figure display type of thing on the top shelve. Don't recommend putting super heavy things on the desk tho, as it is still a cheap desk and I don't think it would hold much. Im still waiting to see what I use the second and bottom shelve for. Definitely recommend!

Good desk for the price - use wood glue to strengthen the assembly, and read the specs before buying!
This is a decent desk, and it's just what I needed for a small computer setup in my basement. I noticed a lot of low ratings due to the size, with reviewers saying "smaller than it looks" and other similar comments. Measurements are provided in the 2nd photo on this listing, so PLEASE read them before you buy it! The size not being exactly what was expected based entirely off a quick glance is no reason to leave a 1 star review, and it needlessly hurts the rating. Now, going onto my own comments, the reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the finish of the desk. The panels have some minor chips and scratches around them due to somewhat loose packaging, giving it an almost pre-owned appearance. It's not enough for me to send it back, but the manufacturer could do a better job of packing to make sure this doesn't happen. Despite the minor damage, the desk looks nice when assembled and is sturdier than expected! Aside from the metal screws and locks, the desk is made entirely from light weight particle board with plastic feet and hollow plastic tubes for the post at the end of the shelves. Not a real high quality feel, but hey, it's a $30 desk! You can't get solid wood panels at this price without building from scratch. It's not rock solid like a bigger, heavier desk, but it doesn't wobble either unless intentionally shaken. While building, I used a drop of wood resin glue on each screw and dowel to increase the sturdiness of the build, and it's all holding together nice and tight! If all you need is a small desk, and don't mind something with a cheaper feel, this is great desk! If you need something larger or want something that feels real heavy duty, pay more than $30 or $40.

Excelente valor precio - producto

Simplicty but effecient
Its quite a "Old" way of assembling i would say. The sides Arent metal but plastic witch didnt expect. I searched for cheap and extra space for the "Geek" stuff and big enough for a laptop and a second screen since most desk miss the space's and it offers that. The platform is also big enough for youre laptop in top if you want to add a wide screen or a second screen on the main platform or on the second witch makes it quite a neat little desk. You cant have mutch miss buy on this thing especially if you need 1 or 2 extra spots for a pc or decoration or more screen space.
