Top quality brown rice!!
Absolutely love supper high quality brown rice , and cooks quick. Always love this brand for the sushi rice but their brown rice is to notch!! Highly recommend!!

Staple in our household
We're an Asian household so rice is a staple. Since making a transition from white rice to brown rice for health reasons, we've found this to be the best tasting option. It has a nice chew but not too hard. I usually wash it 3 times, drain the water, and use 1.25:1 water to rice ratio, let it soak for 30-60 minutes, then let the rice cooker do its thing (although we've definitely skipped the soaking process when there is no time, and it turns out well). We have a Cuckoo rice cooker and use brown rice setting.

NOT QUICK COOKING
This is the exact rice I usually get from my local Asian grocery store (which is true to it's quick cooking name). THIS RICE FROM AMAZON IS NOT QUICK COOKING. It takes over an hour for this rice to fully cook through
