Pain reduction!
I was in so much pain after my c section and barely able to walk. I this product was so helpful in my recovery. I after I started wearing it I felt so much better. I was able to stand up straighter and my movement felt more fluid. Granted over time I naturally would have felt better but I feel that this helped speed up the process, and so much so that I was able to go off the pain meds. I was concerned about the fit as I am a plus sized gal (230 lbs) but the 1x-2x fit very well. I would recommend this for anyone that gets a c section as soon as you can! Cons: -It is tight. It needs to be but it is somewhat painful trying to get it on the first time. Also it is somewhat of a process takin it on and off to go to the restroom. Be careful over the incision. -I had intended to wear other underpants under these but there is no way to do this. So I have to handshake every day. If you don't want to do this you may want to get multiple pairs *you will still need to hold your incision if you cough or sneeze :P Ouch!

Well-made, sturdy, diaper bag that is well worth the cost!
I am SO glad I didn't go with a designer bag! This thing is solid. The compartments are lined, tough, hold everything I need. The top part around zipper has metal lining and this ensures the bag holds its form when crushed, or when you're digging around in it. It's really well-made, and all of the compartments make sense. With my previous two kiddos the diaper bags had silly compartments that just didn't make sense, they didn't fit bottles, or treat containers, or formula holder.... held some tiny wash rags and a pacifier.... what sense do compartments like that even make?! These have insulated compartments for bottles and the way the bag is structured it ensures that it stays upright. I am so pleased with this purchase, this thing is super sturdy and can certainly take a beating, as diaper bags should! You will immediately notice that the stitching and fabric are extremely tough. I love that it has the hidden pocket on the back for phone and keys that can't be accessed by someone behind you when you have it on your back, keeping your valuables from being accessible by someone else. Also, you can put it on your back or hand carry it. I already carry a purse on my shoulder, what do I need or want yet another shoulder bag to weight my shoulder down? Very versatile! Worth the price and made me feel totally satisfied with not spending a ton of money on a designer bag.

Recommend!
After my first c-section, I found it difficult to wear any panty as the waist band rubbed on my incision and it hurt. Even once the incision had healed the scar was still sensitive. When time was approaching for my second c-section I knew I had to find some other panty that was high-waisted and wouldn't roll down to the incision line. So I searched and searched, this was the one I ended up getting and I do not regret the purchase. This was much more comfortable to wear than regular undies. The only problem with these is that the silicone patch was just slightly shorter than my incision line. Not sure if my doctor just made my incision a little longer than most or if the silicone patch should be made a little larger. I think the later. I feel this really helped to lose some water weight and added compression in all the right places. It helped just with over all support with the flabbiness of the tummy you have initially. At 3 weeks post-partum this panty was officially too big and I could no longer use it as it started to roll down and begin looking bulked under clothing. So I bought some regular high waisted undies to get me through now till the incision is less sensitive. I am about to purchase another product from this company to help with the little bit of shaping left to be made and the last bit of uterus shrinking that needs to be had.

Not the same quality product I received in 2022
I ordered these in early 2022 after an emergency C-section In January. I was super skeptical but had lived the experience to know that these c-panties were worth every penny! The pros (original purchase Jan 2022) - built in silicone patch in the incision area - high waisted - minimum roll if you’re not too shapely - compression was excellent - very durable 18 + months before the surging around the silicone strips began to show fray - my scar became almost invisible- the thing really works!!!!! (The photo of the black undie is from the original purchase) Unfortunately I had another emergency C-section in November 2023. I ordered (confidently ordered) 6 more pairs. Total difference!!!!! The cons - fabric has been changed - the silicone strips and silicone along the leg holes were not surged in place as on the original panties - on the first wear the silicone was halfway detached at the incision site and the legs (literally falling off) - the fabric compression is different - the high-waist effect was minimal as this fabric rolled down with comparable ease to the original stock i got (The photos of the beige undies are the second purchase) THIS WAS A REALLY TERRIFIC INITIAL purchase. I have no idea what happened the second time around. I wish I’d gotten the same quality. I really wanted/needed a few more pairs to cycle through. I’ll have to be content with the original 6 ones I have already. Super bummed that these recent 6 weren’t the same quality. It’s a pity to have found such a life saving (scar erasing) find , only to have it watered down to uselessness in the form of a comparatively inferior version of the first set I got.

Worth It!
Definitely a must have! I'm very happy I purchased these. I was skeptical due to the price, but it has been worth it. I started wearing these a week post my c-section. I ordered a small. The first few days were challenging to get the underwear on as I was still swollen and a little sore and the underwear fit very tight. It made it hard to put the underwear on and pull over my incision. After wearing them for a day, I could see my stomach getting flatter. After 3 days, the underwear fit much better. I've been wearing them now for 2 weeks (3 weeks post delivery) and am very happy with the healing of my incision and the support it provides while wearing! Side Note: be sure to hand wash! The directions say hand wash only.

Not good for petite women, short return window
I purchased these after a recommendation from an OB in the hospital after my c-section. I could not wear them right away as you are not supposed to wear them while the incision is still healing. After a few weeks I tried them on and they just don't fit well at all. For reference - I am 5'1 and was 150lbs when I delivered, down to about 125lbs by the time I tried these on - I purchased size sm-med. They come up to my bra, no joke. And then just roll down because it's right above my natural waist which is smaller than where the top of the panties hit. They are not usable for me - and of course, since it's been over 30 days, I'm unable to return them. Major bummer since they are so expensive. Honestly, I think they are a bad purchase due to the short return window (who knows when you will be able to use them since they are for post-surgery...) I regret buying them. Also - in order to take advantage of the silicone strip, you would have to buy a bunch of pairs - which I'm sure the seller/amazon would love - or you have to wash them all the time.

would definitely purchase again
Ok, So these aren't the most supportive I've owned, nor the cheapest. That being said, for the first couple of weeks, these were clutch. I got a binder from the hospital that I wore when I didn't care if I had bulk under my clothes and for more support. These were great the first couple of weeks. They don't really stretch out as much as you may "shrink out" of them when your uterus is contracting. Made life in between wearing a binder bearable for me. After my c-section, I couldn't stand not having support on my lower abdomen for the first few weeks. I'd definitely purchase for early postpartum period while you are still pregnant. You're so miserable those first few weeks, it's worth having one more thing that makes life a little more comfortable. For reference, pre-pregnancy size is around a 4-6 and I gained about 40 pounds in my pregnancy. I ordered a small. It was almost too tight at first, but definitely the right choice in fit.

Does not hold up; poorly made
This is a great product, except for the awful choice to use fabric tape to keep the silicone panel in place. The underwear is post partum, so one would think the allowance for “stretch” would be there, but after 3 wears, the panel gradually tore off. I have a 2nd pair of these in nude and the panel is sewn in and they are perfect…no idea why UpSpring still sells these like so. Don’t spend $40 on these unless it’s the sewn panel version. Too bad.

Great recovery panty!
I really liked my c-panties. My wound was so sensitive after having a cesarean and I couldn’t wear any undies or pants comfortably as they rubber right near the incision. The c-panties were such a relief to have post-recovery. The silicone was really cooling and protected my scar and the panties tucked everything in nicely, without being too tight or uncomfortable. They work exactly as stated - sliming, supportive and helped hold it all together.
