I didn’t look at all the photos when making my initial purchase. I immediately saw that this was exactly what I wanted. However, had I looked closer to start with, I’d have had a much easier time figuring out how to open the door to put in or take out the Osmo camera. It slides instead of hinging the way the factory plastic housing does. My only complaint is not being able to switch battery packs without removing the cam. You can switch SD microchips, though, so this is a big plus!

Really ridged and sturdy cage for Osmo action! The access to the charge and micro sd port is a time saver. I works with the polarpro ND filter set, you'll have to remove the filter first, fortunately you can leave the magnetic screw mount on. The filter will still stick through the metal len housing although not with 100% confidence. Also works mostly well with the ulanzi video light, minor gripe being the lock screw mechanism for the Ulanzi bumps into the metal lens housing. If you back it up and tighten it will be snug Overall completely satisfied and well worth the price

Fits AKASO EK7000 Pro 4K Action Camera. Allows access to all major functions. Bought this because AKASO does not apparently make a skeleton housing. i needed to be able to use standard filters and polarizer while recording road trip to block glare and reflections. Note: Camera lens fits into Housing lens filter ring but is not centered. Also had to remove some of the housing rubber spacers to adapt for fit. Top shoe allows light or microphone mount . Overall I am satisfied with function and price.

This is a GREAT addition to Osmo Action camera! NOW i can use 52mm ND 10x filter to do long exposure timelapse photography with. --> the aluminum is perfect fit! --> 52mm filter --> the back cover is well designed you can remove your camera quickly --> super protection for the osmo action camera Great buy!

First is that the back cover is a little finicky to put on. I have actually lost my back cover rendering this cage useless to me now. I want to just buy a back cover because I liked it when I was actually using it. Second is that the ND filter on the front covers a little more than a third of the front facing screen on the osmo action. So you have to adjust your framing knowing that 1/3 of the screen isn't showing.

If you need an ultimate Osmo Action case, go for this! You will not regret! The only thing is it comes with bunch of extra stuff like screws or 3M patch (?!) that i’m not sure where to use it. It’s not a bad thing to have extra stuff but I just wanna know where u use this XD

Camera shakes because of loose fit, its not a snug fit. Video will get shaky because of this loose fit.

Perfect fit

I love the case, very sleek and smooth. It feels like a sony product except with affordable pricing LOL. The case was designed for DJI Osmo, fits good. You might have to wiggle and push to get into the case but it works well! Definitely recommend to my friends.
