Scooter X 49cc Dirt Dog

My son bought this with the money he saved. it comes partially put together but all the things the factory installed were loose and had to be tightened. 2 days after he began using it the front wheel bearings blew out and when I sent pictures to the seller, they were quick to send replacement bearings but stated there weren't retaining rings (which I showed all crumpled up in the pictures). Still haven't gotten all the parts but am able to use it because we had an electric scooter that we switched front wheels with. Also has very little torque, so when starting out and not on a hard surface, struggles to accelerate especially if going up hill.

I had to customize the handle bars they came cheesy..... added different carb. Much better!

Still waiting for replacement parts. Couldnt return cause I had ilready put gas in it. Funny doesnt work as well as they say and it has been just sitting here not being able to be used cause I haven't received parts. Handlebars are a pretty big deal.

Hey dumb ppl .they take scooters apart to look for drugs or gold\diamonds.that is why they are. Loose when arrive ok.be mechanically inclined ppl.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought one of these because it said that it could do 30-33mph. What an absolute joke!! NO IT WONT!! I put the aftermarket sprockets on, bigger carb, air filter, choke stack, timing key and exhaust. Barely does 20mph. I contacted them and they said that I need the “race” head which they don’t even have. What a joke! Piece of Chinese junk with false advertising!! Please save your money and don’t buy this!!!

These scooters are cheap and the importer is dodgy. I bought two of them for Christmas last year. After riding them for the first time on Christmas day, I found the following problems:- Broken black plastic carburetor cover (the styrofoam inside the boxes was destroyed and it looked like they had been through a rough shipment)- Extremely wobbly rear brakes. There is about 1/4" of wobble in the rear brake disc.- Handle bar stand (upright bar) is really wobbly and keeps getting loose after I tighten the quick release clamp at the base of the upright bar. Every time I brake, the handle bars wobble forward and back.- The carburetor is bad. It seems to run fine at half throttle, but whenever I give it full throttle it bogs down and almost dies. (The carburetor is a known problem for these scooters)The manufacturer only offers a 30 day warranty. I bought the scooters on 12/14/13 so I burned 11 days just waiting for Christmas. I emailed the importer on Christmas day and waited 2 weeks for a response assuming that, since I had documented my problems, they would all be covered under warranty. When they finally responded, we went back and forth with clarifying emails and requests for photos followed by a week of silence until my 30 days were up. When I call them to find out where my replacement parts are, they tell me my scooter is no longer under warranty!Don't waste your money.
