Helps me feel better instantly during pregnancy
I’ve tried so many flavours and the mixed berry is my favourite so far. I’m happy with these electrolyte sachets, albeit they are pricey. I’ve been through IVF and am almost through my pregnancy and these sachets have helped during periods that I haven’t been feeling my best. Very hydrating, good ingredients, easy to take with you everywhere, great taste and dissolves well. I will say that you need to mix it a ton to ensure it dissolves. Usually I put it in a water bottle and shake it up. I think I’ll always be a fan of these!

Awesome stuff!
This powder mixture is amazing. It makes me feel so good and hydrated. The berry flavor is very yummy and doesn't have that salty taste that some hydration additives add to water. Plus this other brand actually has given me a negative side effect which was an irregular heartbeat probably due to too much sodium but I haven't felt anything but good since someone recommended the Cure Hydration brand. Also I love that it is sugar free!!

Definitely gets the job done but as far as taste, it’s okay. Nothing to write home about in my opinion. I may try another flavor in the future I wouldn’t get this one again. I would probably rate the flavor a 6.5/10. It just has that artificial sweetener taste and the flavor is barely there.

Stops my Mid-Morning/Early Afternoon Caffeine Slump
This stuff is better than Liquid IV and better than Pedialyte! Tastes better, better ingredients, and stops me from having a caffeine crash daily. I started drinking them daily to help with my vestibular migraines, and since then (and adding CoQ10 and B2), I haven't had a single flare up. 10/10!
