BMW Windshield Washer Concentrate (3-Pack)

Good, simple concentrate which can be diluted to the exact level to not freeze at your low temperatures. Instructions on the bottle. Simple and no frills. Good stuff that doesn't cause blade chatter or gunk in lines.

If you own a BMW, you need to buy this windshield washer concentrate. This is the best price I could find it at and you CANNOT use the other brands or generic washer fluid. Why? Because the reservoir is located in the panel behind the front passenger wheel. The lack of exposure to light and/or normal engine compartment operating temperatures will allow algae/ mildew to grow which will plug up your windshield washer pump's filter (ask me how I know :/) This product has an anti-fungal or some such in it. The good news is, if that has happened to you (pump no longer pumpy) and you are marginally handy - as opposed to fully handy, you can remove the tire, remove the plasticized fiberboard wheel well cover, unscrew a couple of bolts, slide the reservoir forward, pull the no pumpy pump off the bottom of the reservoir, clean the filter of the ectoplasm that has built-up, and it should work again. That 30 minutes of effort will save you $300-$500 at a shop where they will probably just replace the pump and tell you it is bad. All that said, buy this concentrate and mix it with a gallon jug of distilled water. Half a bottle of this concentrate (8oz) to one gallon of distilled water and your windshield wiper fluid is good to about 28 degrees Fahrenheit.

it is exactly what it says it is. it has a chart on the bottle, you can mix it easily to strength recommended for your climate so it wont freeze. if you live in southern California, where it is warm it will make a lot, just buy one it mixes at a (1 to 80 ratio for 33 degrees and above) however if you live in North Dakota or Minnesota where it is cold buy two or three it mixes at (1 to 1.5 ratio for -24 degrees and above) for the price, plus a gallon of distilled water. you get the BMW recommended product and it is cheaper per gallon than the stuff the auto parts store or Walmart sells. i bought this with a gallon of the BMW antifreeze, that also comes with a chart for mixing. we all baby our cars you may as well by the oem BMW recommended parts

I know this product works great bc it’s what’s in my BMW right now. This was packaged very nice and did not leak at all. I’ve received so many shipments of other liquids / creams that have just been thrown in a box or envelope and you have 1/3 of the product when you revive it. This was not the case for this. In my opinion this is a very reasonable price too for BMW products.
