The flavor is savory, vegetal, grassy and full on smokey green Hatch chile flavor with subtle but definite heat that builds. So many uses, a few of my favorites: to flavor the masa for tamales; as a flavor booster for chile verde con cerdo; or add to mayo--amazing on fries or any sandwich. Can't do without this one

Love this!
Very yummy, but very hot. Start with a small amount then slowly add more based on your tolerance for spicy food. I added way too much the first time, but now I know how much to use. A little goes a long way.

Excellent Hatch Green Chili powder
Flavor is exactly what I expected! Perfect amount of heat. Makes an excellent green enchilada sauce or pork chili. Reasonable price and quick shipping!

Just what I needed
My hatch batch this year were far more mild than the peppers the roasters said they were. This adds the right flavor and heat of pure chile without altering flavor like red chile powder. You can also add it to other things for flavor and kick
