would anyone else recomend mixing in some perlite? because this is a little on a heavy side?

I like my soil on the light side. So I add 2 gal each of perlite, vermiculite. 1 gal of castings, and 1 gal of coir. Per bag, which basically doubles the bags worth and makes great soil.

How many cubic feet is a 50lb bag?

It's like between 1.2 and 1.5 cubic feet, depending on density. Basically comparable to the 1-cubic-foot bags by other brands, maybe a tiny bit more.

What is the PH level of this Peat?

That probably varies per batch.

The best potting soil.
