i'm thinking of buying it used; are all 5 games on the disc? Or does it have a code and need to download?

PS3 version has all games on the disc--no codes needed.

does the TF2 game/servers still work 2014-15?

I had no problem loading the game for online, although I choose to play by myself

How much storage will this game take up on my PS3?

I believe the initial game data is a 520MB install

Why is the ps3 version so much more expensive than other versions? what is valve's problem?

Probably b/c it is rare, fewer copies were published. The xbox 360 version is much cheaper.
