Rollerblade Women's 2013 Spiritblade W Comp Inline Skates

I love them and they are excellent quality. Ì used to Roller Blade when I was in my early twenties... 20 years ago. I was not an expert back then either. These things are way faster than my old skates. Size wise, I should have bought my size and not one size bigger like I thought it would be best. I am 8 and bought a 9. When I first tried them they felt perfect. But after a few minutes of real skating they feel big. I can't return them now because I have wore them a couple of times. I also bought the cheap protection gear combo. They are perfect! I have fallen twice and they saved my hands and knees big time. Hey, I am having fun and you will too! Buy them! :)

I bought these in-line skates for my daughter who is an avid skater. She had completely worn out her last pair and wanted a pair that would ride very smoothly and at the same time would be comfortable and well-fitting. She had only good things to say about this pair, which although is a women's size, can also fit kids once they reach the early teenage years. The wheels run smooth, the boot is comfortable and the sizing is accurate. Nothing quite so frustrating like a small-sized pair of skates that barely fit and pinch the feet. This pair is durable, wheels run smoothly and with ease and the fit is comfortable. I certainly recommend this.

Holy batman these are SLICK, my kids had fun watching me fall three times, trying to go two steps, but did get hang of it a BIT. Brakes are really hard. I was used to 90's roller blades - these are SO much faster and harder, but, with practice hope they become worth purchase. Definitely get pads. And I AM somewhat athletic!

Overall the skate is nice however it didn't fit. The top of the skate is toooo tight. I wasn't able to close it. I am thin and skate every day, but my thin ankles do not go halfway up my leg. It does seem to be true to size, but I wear a 7.5 and they only come in whole sizes so I got an 8. Not too much of a problem except the boot hurt on one of my ankles since it was a bit to big.

Other reviewers are right, size up! I sized up (I'm a 7-7.5) to 8 and still was so tight I had to return it. (not to mention slight scratches on the heel) This is pretty much only for people with skinny ankles/calves

Ankle support is not as good as other pairs I've had, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I don't usually buy things like this online due to the fact that you have to try it on and see how it fits. Well, it fits well (a bit on the bigger side) and the quality is good. Been out already on them this spring and am enjoying them.

I bought these years ago and just now getting around to doing my review. They work just as well as they did years ago and I have used them a lot and so have my kids. Very great purchase!
