Game changer!
This has made walking my excitable golden retriever so much more pleasant! It took awhile for her to get used to it and she still sometimes tries to rub it off her face, but overall walking her is a joy now, especially since she’s big enough to drag me around.

Great quality & effective!
Effective and great quality harness. My dog walks better on this and it doesn’t seem to bother or hurt him. I recommend this product.

works but he hates it.
it fits my 40lb Blue Heeler mix - he slipped out if it once so make sure it is snug.I find it more difficult to walk the dog with this vs a dog harness with the clip on the back. We'll see if he and I get used to it. Right now, he hates it but hopefully he'll get used to it.

Poor quality plastic clasps quit working
This is not my first time using a gentle leader on my lab...his other one wore out. This leader worked well for a few months but then the clasp below the mouth area started sliding down even with it fully closed. Ok, that was something I checked each walk. Now the WORSE is the clasp that closes to take it on and off my dogs neck. It's nearly impossible to get it to open up without struggling & pulling on it while on our dog. My hubby can't get it unclasped either & quit using the leader completely. My dog has fear aggression when male dogs start barking at him (bad dog park experience as a young dog). I'm not able to use another type of collar or harness because my dog is too strong for me to control on his once in awhile fear aggression --- lunging & pulling, with me being pulled off balance. I do not recommend this product for the poor quality clasps when defeat the purpose of having a system to walk ones dog.

Excellent product
Excellent product but didn’t work for my dog because his snout is a little too small he kept getting out of it but I use this before on a golden retriever work perfectly

I have a golden doodle, and helps a lot with walking her, I’m more in control, slowed her down.
I like price. And it makes our walks so much easier. My doodle is only 40 lbs, and can be a handful, at just 11 months.

It works!
Calmed my 10 month old golden doodle down immediately. No more zooms when using this head harness.
