What are the 4 colors? - red, yellow, green, blue? or are the 4 colors pink, yellow, green, blue? (i want the combo with with pink)

Pink and white will look awesome. If you want darker color try pink and red.

Is there a switch to turn them off?

Yes there is a button I push to turn it on or off when I don’t want them to automatically come on at night.

I just recieved my lights. after full charge one set will not turn on. it came as set of 2. how can i get one set replaced without having to send back

I also had 1 set that won't work but they have not replied to me for some time now. Good luck, I hope they are better to you than they have been to me.
