Bluetooth headset for office professionals

Why is finding a wireless PC/USB headset for office use seem so hard?
I'm coming from a place where I've used a wired USB Plantronics headset for several years and they were great. not a big selection of good wireless usb/PC headsets on the market, you certainly don't see much in the consumer electronics outlets other than "gaming" headsets. I tried an inexpensive logitech set, those had issues with good microphone audio for the recipients. I tried a comparable (and more prolific review count) Jabra wireless headset, but got peer complaints of my voice sounding like a robot or cutting in and out. sigh. so I went back to the brand I knew has worked well for me in the past and they have been great. not as light and comfortable as the wired ones because these have a little more heft with the electronics being in them, but they have performed well.

hard to believe it took me as long as it did to find this thing
took about 2 hours of online searching before i came across a review of this thing and another 20 mins to find the seller (amazon didnt want to show it for some reason) but its the best Bluetooth headset iv ever used, i used it on discord for gaming and i took it to work ((high energy sales) and it was incredible. has awesome range and crystal clear audio for me and the person im talking with absolutely no background noise at all. only complaint is that it can press on the ears a bit and starts to get sore after a few hours.

Worth the money
I've used Plantronics's headsets before: they are expensive but last a long time and sound really good (both to me and my meeting attendees). Because this set is expensive ($200), I tried another set that cost about US$50 that had higher ratings. I had to return that other set because, while the features were nice, the sound was terrible! I then went back to Plantronics's (now Poly) and got this pricy unit. It has incredible features and a wonderful smartphone app that lets you configure numerous features. I was going to use it for phone calls and zoom meetings, but it sounds SO good (very high dynamic range), I'm using it to listen to high-quality music now.

AWFUL PRODUCT AND SEL:LER
I had this headset for about 6 months and used it daily. It began with a crackling sound during calls, then the voices on the other end would cut in and out - whether it was a call or a computer webinar. Then finally, just stopped working. I contacted the seller and all I got was "Make sure your firmware is up to date". Thanks for nothing! Customer service these days sure isn't what it used to be.....

Super comfortable and versatile
Wanted a headset that does both VoIP on my computer for Zoom conferences as well as bluetooth for my phone. Both work great and it's a Plantronics!

Comfy, but bad quality
Just does not compare to Blue Parrot for quality. If you want a mediocre headset and are okay repeating yourself, go for it. It's very nice and comfy and doesn't hurt my head. But the quality is irritating.

Not worth the money.
Sound quality is so-so and it isn't very comfortable. Seems way over priced for how well it works.

Best good quality option
Really excellent single ear headset for Bluetooth. We use it with a Polycom VVX601 SIP desk phone. I wish they were cheaper, but they’re way better than any other single ear headsets. It’s seems all the good quality ones are all dual ear.
