Poly (Plantronics + Polycom) BackBeat FIT 2100 Wireless Sweatproof and Waterproof in Ear Workout Headphones,

I bought it for my husband 2 months ago, and it turned out the battery doesn't last for more than 1 hour. So we finally decided to request a replacement to try out again. The replacement was sent out so quickly. We received it on the 2nd day and started to use it happily without any glitches. Most importantly, my husband loves it!

I don't understand what happened with this brand.I bought my Plantronics Backbeat Fit II headset in 2015. 8 years later, they still work flawlessly and hold several hours' worth of charge.My girlfriend has gotten into running, and she wanted a set of bluetooth earbuds.First, I bought her the BackBeat Fit 3150. They were horrible (see my review), but I've never had good experience with any earbud set... They always seem to disconnect or get out of sync.So I bought the BackBeat Fit 2100. I thought I was buying a new generation of the same headset I already own, but these just aren't the same...Out of the box, they were dead. Which is no problem (but unusual). We gave them a full charge. With my BackBeat Fit II, the light is red when it's charging and turns blue when it's fully charged.This version, the light is always red. When it's fully charged, the light fades on and off very slowly (still red). I found this annoying because you can't easily glance over and check the status. You have to watch for 5 seconds to see if the light stays red or starts to fade off.Pairing and sound quality were fine, as expected. These aren't noise cancelling and they aren't meant to be.There are some upgraded abilities on this version, that aren't on my BackBeat 2, that give slightly greater control over the music and incoming calls (i.e. you can restart a song or send a call directly to voicemail). Nice to have, not a big deal.The real problem is the battery. These simply WILL NOT hold a charge.Fully charged, the earbuds hold less than 30 minutes of life. Successive charging leaves them in worse shape. Day three we barely got 5 minutes of working time after 2.5 hours of charging.It's worth noting Poly did offer to replace these, but I opted for an Amazon return. Given the large numbers of other reviewers that have had the same problem with the battery, I was worried a second set would die outside of the return window.Frankly, I have lost trust in the brand. I won't be buying another Poly product again, but I am so grateful to have my old BackBeat Fit II. With any luck I'll get another 8 years out of them... Guess my girlfriend will just have to run in silence :-)

I use these head phones regularly and they work well and do the job they were designed to do. I like the fit and they do not bother my ears. The one complaint is that once they announce the power level is low, they do not last very long. And the transition from full power to no power can be quite fast. So you can get caught in a long walk or run with dead headphones until the next charge. One minor item is they create some buffeting in the wind but this is not a significant issue for me.

My brother recommended these to me. I recently started running again and wanted wireless earphones that are sweat resistant. I had bought a different pair that was highly rated by the New York Times and they stopped working after a month or so. These have been problem free. They fit well, never slip, and sweat doesn’t affect them. They are not noise canceling so you still have a sense of traffic etc around you. My primary considerations were comfort and price point, and for that I’d give these 5 stars. Sound quality is just OK, and that is fine for what I use these for. Highly recommend for runners that want easy, reliable earphones.

I bought this for running because very few bluetooth headphones stay in my ears while I run and the old version of this product stayed in nicely (rip to my powerbeats pro which sounded good and fit very securely but died at 13 months). If you've got finicky ears that just don't grip on to airpods and other true wireless buds without ear loops, this product does pass that test. This is honestly the only compliment I can pay the product.Pros- Stays in while running or otherwise bouncing around (though not as good as the old version)Cons- The product is much stiffer than previous generations. Eartips are harder and don't nestle as gently in ears seemingly because the connecting loop is also stiffer and pulls the eartips away from the ears with its stiffness. Overall result is a much less comfortable fit, much more ear fatigue.- Sounds muffled. I wouldn't describe it as hiss or white noise like others, but it sounds markedly bad. Buy if you only plan to use for podcasts or audiobooks.- Battery life is short. Many of us are used to true wireless buds that recharge in their case, meaning an effective 24 hours of use for many products. These last about 5, so they need to be recharged much more often. I get that these are in a separate product category from true wireless buds, but I didn't realize how much I'd gotten used to the convenience of a charging case. Feels like last gen technology having to recharge basically every other use.Only buy these if they're on sale for $30 or under and you have a use case where battery longevity, sound quality, and long-wearing comfort aren't critical.

Beste draadloze koptelefoon die ik ooit heb gekocht. Was gewend dat vergelijkbare modellen altijd binnen twee maanden stuk gaan. Dit omdat ik regelmatig buiten hardloop. Tijdens een regenbui lijken ze dan vaak niet zo waterafstotend als beloofd. Maar deze niet. Heb mijn eerste aankoop al langer van een halfjaar in gebruik, gaat nog steeds 7 uur mee, goed geluid, al vele regenbuien doorstaan en de bluetooth verbinding is ook stabiel (ook als ik door het huis loop). Deze blauwe heb ik er bij gekocht zodat ik kan afwisselen als de batterij leeg is.

Auriculares muy cómodos para salir a correr. Son muy fácil de conectar. Material de buena calidad. El sonido es muy bueno dejando entrar sonido exterior
