Very well made! Easy to use and I finally got to figure out how to proof my banquets and get them to the oven! Business owner very responsive and included a “how to use” put w/o having to request something myself. Very impressed with this company.

The cloth is extremely well made and heavy duty. I especially like the quality of the hemming and weave of the cloth. It was easy to load with flour and the fabric has just the right flexibility to not wrinkle yet sill able to form itself to hold loaves of dough in a row. I had one minor problem with the order and the vendor (Tially) responded very quickly and resolved the issue within days, even though it was the holiday season!

Great product. Top quality. Drawback - Minimal instructions. Needed video to understand how to use it - not provided. Slightly too large to fit in oven for proofing.

The cloth is incredibly nice and the included canvas bag is nice to store loaves of bread in. The couche works really well in making baguettes and batards that turn out even and uniform in size

Bread dough did not stick at all. Tough to do with some french breads. Heavy cloth should last a lifetime. So what if it doesn't make the picture perfect loops between loaves, it does make perfect separation between sticky dough! That's what counts.

I just started trying out recipes for bread without the loaf pans. I saw this and it looked perfect for French loaves and baguettes. To me it was too big to work with. But I also have very little counter space. If you have a big island or more room I think this would work for you. The bowl scraper is awesome.

This is a thick cloth that works exactly like it should. Be aware that it cannot be used with bread dough that contains oil or other fat.

Saw this banker's kit and immediately thought about one of my friends. She makes some intricate bakery items and I've seen her use something similar. She had been looking for another cloth so she loved it! Loved the kit!
