Quality Health Care: A Guide to Developing and Using Indicators: 9781284023077: Medicine & Health Science Books @ desertcart.com Review: Excellent read! - I wish all healthcare leaders would read this book and learn the basics of process/quality improvement! Review: Great Resource - I've been fortunate to have attended several presentations by Dr. Lloyd over the last couple of decades. His ability to communicate complex ideas so that my simple brain can understand them is unmatched. One of the fundamental aspects of all leadership and healthcare leadership in particular is the ability to answer questions like, "How are we doing?" "Did the change we make actually result in improvement?" "Have we held our gains from the project we implemented last year?" Fundamental to all of these questions is measurement. This book makes thinking about measurement and indicators through the lens of improvement science understandable and actionable. It's a book that should be on the shelf of all leaders in the healthcare world.
