A very good kickstand for my Trek Verve 2. It fit the directly into the mounting plate on the frame and was easy to adjust for height. The hinge is solid and the tip does not slide around on hard surfaces.

Kickstand installed easily, fit my Giant 29” mountain bike perfectly, and supports the bike well.

Great kickstand for the price. Easy to install and seems like it will last a long time. I got this for my daughter’s 20” bike as a test to see if it would work and it does but it’s not ideal. It’s just a tad too long for a 20” bike. When I have the kickstand out the bike is almost completely vertical with no lean. This is on flat ground. It would be pretty easy to tip over if the kiddo doesn’t stand it on even ground. I’ll probably keep it on and see how it lasts but if you’re looking for a 20” bike kickstand, this one won’t work. *update: I ended up cutting off about an inch and a half of the metal stand and used a hackzall to cut some slots for the mechanism to hook too. It now leans enough to be stable when stored and my daughter can even sit on it and balance without it tipping over. I really only wanted this to store in our garage so she wasn’t leaning it all over stuff, so I’m not worried about how much weight it can hold. That said, I don’t see it breaking anytime soon since I can sit on it as an adult and it doesnt seem weakened. This is a good quality kickstand. The only issue I had is the screws provided did not fit and I had to go to the hardware store to get the right size. Once I had the right size screws, the kickstand went on easily and works great.

It's adjustable and works beautifully

My original kickstand which came from the dealer broke into pieces when my bike fell over. I purchased this 18mm kickstand for my Giant bicycle. I was careful to thread the screws into place without the kickstand with some WD40 to make sure the screws would go in without trouble. Since the threads were probably dirty I backed the screws in and out a couple of times but I was eventually confident everything was OK. Then I went to screw the kickstand on and the holes on the bike seemed to be slightly closer together than the 18mm. So I redrilled the holes with a 1/4" bit which gave me just enough room so that the kickstand screwed on easily. The drilling was very quick and easy since the kickstand is made of soft metal. I checked everything out and it seems very solid and surprisingly easy to adjust. Its a much better stand than the original one provided by the bike store.

Trek store is selling these for about $30 or more plus shipping, but i took a well calculated risk in buying these and save a little money. I had a little doubt that the screws would not fit the holes on the bike frame, but they did. Perfectly! It took less than five minutes to install. I am very satisfied. Not to mention, the kickstand is very well made, and I could not be happier. My trek is an Extra-Large Trek Marlin 5. By the way, the stand looks great,

Kickstand came earlier than expected. Simple to install. As it is adjustable, it was easy to get the desired lean angle. No complaints.

Superb quality even if it didnt fit my giant mountaint bike as the holes spacing was not for giant so returned it.

Excellent product for a 27.5 inch MTB

Perfect bolt-on points. I like how you can retract the stand to shorten it while kicked up, and lengthen it to get perfect support for the MTB while kicked down. Nice sturdy stand, highly recommend.
