this is a very small unit like the ad says minature. Hard to tell which way to turn volume. Never could determine how to turn on or off. Could not control the feedback unit kept whistle in my ear no matter what the volume setting was. have to take unit out of your ear to adjust volume. Instructions only have pictures and words are written in an Asian language

There is a loud whistling feedback no matter how low you turn the volume. Not pleased with the product.

Allows too many amplification of other sounds...

There is a scream in your ear! No other sound.

Works as it should. Well made and doesnt feel cheap.Unfortunately 3 of the dome shaped ear buds were missing from the box so had to settle for using one that fits at the moment until manufacturer *hopefully* sends the domes.

Got this for my mom after purchasing a cheaper one that didn’t fit good and just dangled behind her ear. I recommend this hearing aid, it fits nicely in her ear canal and is out of sight-out of mind. My mom wears this’s day really likes how it performs, looks and feels. Don’t waste your money on a cheaper model. Buy this one, because it’s more than worth it.

it works sporadically..mostly just buzzes. It's odd because I can take it and put it in the box and when I go to shut the box door it starts buzzing. I open the box door and it quits buzzing. I put it in my ear and it starts buzzing. I take it out of my ear and it stops buzzing. Makes no sense why it buzzes when inserted in the ear but not when out of ear. It can be heard buzzing across the room, its that loud.
