Very easy and good experience

Great experience and worth the small fee for the extra coverage. I bought a ceiling fan and the price was great and I really liked the design. Several months went by and the remote control broke. I tried to contact the seller, but they were not forthcoming with a resolution. I'm glad that I bought the extra coverage with Asurion because I was refunded the moment that my return package was scanned at UPS. Good stuff.

Purchased this for water distiller I purchased in August 2024. The device began leaking 14 months later. I immediately made on online claim and was sent a full refund within 5 minutes.

Lost a stone in a Mossanite Ring which I had purchased with the Protection added in December 2024. I contacted them and they asked to return it for repair. They provided a mailing label and communication was excellent. The repairs were to take up to 6 weeks plus return time through delivery carrier. It came and it was repaired and looked beautiful once again on my finger!! I pretty much always by the Protection Plan as you never know when there may be an instance that you wish you had. Very Satisfied with the Plan all around service.

I have filed several claims with Asurion ,they always provide fast service with little hassle, I never had to wade through a robot phone operator with dozens of options nor was I put on hold forever. .

This is a great protection plan company. Price reasonable. Service impeccable. They sent my gift card for a defective inflator before they had even received it.
