I needed something that was going to hold the weight of a 27 inch monitor behind my music keyboard. I first tried having the built in music stand hold it, but it was too flimsy. Then I found this little table. It's perfect, and fits pretty snugly between the back of the keyboard and the wall. Because it's just a pole on a tripod with a surface on top, it is able to squeeze in where something with a wider middle section like a mini bookshelf would mean the entire keyboard would have to be pushed out into the room even more. It's pretty stable as well. To fit it in, I didn't even extend the tripod legs fully and it's on carpet. There is some wobble, but it's sturdy enough to use a surface for a mouse. At any rate, I'm not worried about it falling over at all. Great little table. It's pretty straightforward assembly as well, although with the way the surface attaches using 4 screws with washers, it'd be a real hassle to assemble and disassemble for gigging purposes. It is lightweight though, so if you had enough room, you could just toss it in your truck or van without taking it apart. Fortunately for me though, I don't need to take it anywhere.

This thing is AWESOME. I have bought recording equipment stands before and It's always been a hold your breath and hope everything comes with all the pieces to put the thing together and they actually go to together. Not the case with this stand for one it was super easy to put together and you will absolutely love the size of the platform itself it is huge compared to others I have bought. I bought it to set my mixers on and no more sitting in a chair and klunking along with the settings on my mixers I can lean over this stand with a guitar straped on or step to the side while playing keys and make on the fly adjustments and I know this stand is not going to fail me. Wonderful product if I need another this will be my go to stand again. MADE IN THE USA too..... YEAH !!!! Stuff that actually works..

I am overall happy with this product as it meets my needs. I use it for a "Karaoke" setup to do Christian music events and place my laptop on it. The adjustments work well and the adjustable height works well for my setup. The only issue I had was the ABS plastic tray came broken in the box during shipping. It's no surprise as the ABS plastic is brittle and a bit thin. Additionally the packaging inside the box needs improvement, in fact there was no packing material to keep the the metal tripod and base from bouncing around in the box and smashing into the plastic tray. The plastic tray was wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap and the rest of the heavy parts were just floating around in the box. I knew this was a risk as others have complained about it but was hoping they had corrected the problem. I contacted Pyle for a replacement top and they told me I had to return it through Amazon since it was less than 30 days, and they did not have a replacement tray to send me. I received the new stand from Amazon and luckily it was not broken this time, which was surprising because the packaging had not changed. Pyle, I know you can do better than this. Please get your packaging engineer on this and get it corrected. I can't imagine the cost to ship a new stand and send the old one back is cheap, and now you have a junk stand to deal with. All because the packaging is poor. All that work into the design and manufacturing just to fumble the ball right before the endzone. I'm cheering for you! I bought from Pyle because they are a US company based in Brooklyn, NY and the price was fair. I believe we can and should bring manufacturing back to the USA.

Worked great with my 18" laptop with room to spare. Solid even though the top plate is plastic. Good design.

This was actually for my daughter to put her projector on outside for Halloween and Christmas as she goes all out and I use it for my business when she doesn’t need it excellent product and has stood up to tge harsh New England weatherv

Purchased this stand after reading reviews and comparing against similar models. Assembly is easy, really just the mounting bar, which screws into the tray. The base is sturdy and adjustable in height and angle. The tray is larger than I expected and has a textured surface, so things don't easily slip off. We have used it to hold a projector and a large laptop, which are both fairly light. I would be cautious when using it for anything over 10 lbs, maybe secure it so that it can't tip over. It is very light weight, so transporting was easy and I like the way the tray folds down to make it even more compact. Overall, a great little stand at an affordable price.

As a extremely active musician, I'm using this high quality stand/desk/workstation as a laptop or a mixer stand and it is perfect for that. It's strong enough to hold a projector or a studio speaker too. It's very sturdy, compact and quick to setup. It is described well on the Amazon posting because this tray is pretty large. It could fit a large laptop (like 17") comfortablely. You could also fit a 24 channel unpowered mixer. This stand would NOT make a very good music stand since there is a very small lip all the way around. Sheet music, printed speeches or presentation notes would probably fall off if angled too sharply. I would say it's also not ideal as IPad stand if you need to rest it on a lip and angle it sharply as some musician might may require. Generally this stand is better used where it is flat or just slightly angled. NOTE: PYLE does not claim that it should be used for sheet music. This product is everything they claim and they are a company with integrity. I have purchased speaker stands from them in the past and they have excellent customer service.

I bought this table so I could have a tattoo table that was easily portable for travel. I also DJ and use this table for my controller sometimes so it's a win win. This table is easy to put together, and I assure you most of the time that these tables do not function well is due to user error and not the product itself... (sorry everyone but you have to accept your faults lol). This table is able to fold into such a small object that it is easy for me to store in my crowded closet and also my car for when I take this with me places. My only criticism is that the platform for the table itself could be made out of a stronger plastic or even a metal material. I am worried that maybe if I leave this in my car for too long while it is slightly bent in position to fit somewhere, that it may bend the table platform so that it is no longer level with the ground and would no longer be functional. Also, if you do not screw the platform pieces in right position, you could assemble the table so it has a crooked platform/table top and maybe if this part was made sturdier, it could account for user error here and make it easy for us to set this table up easily without having to worry too much about whether our table is straight or tilted when we set it up. Overall, very very pleased with this. Thank you. (

I need this for my BOSS RC-505 looping station. I wanted something with space for that plus other things I might need during my performances and talks. There's plenty of space with my looper on it. I could also use this as a standing desk no problem if I had a laptop. It was super easy to put together, very sturdy for what I'm using it for, and adjustable in all the right ways. I can have it right here beside me at my seated level or I can extend the height and it's perfect for me to stand on stage with. It's a bit heavy (I have chronic pain so bear that in mind) for me to carry anywhere but I appreciate that's because it's sturdy and well-made. Awesome investment for my business.

It is sturdy, exactly as expected, and professionally packaged. Great! I do wish that the edge of the tray was wider, so it can "catch" things better and prevent them from falling off, if I want the tray to be at a steep angle. For example, I have a music book that requires at least an inch to sit at a proper music-reading angle. The tray's edge is only one cm wide, so I will have to secure the book to the with a rubber band or clip to prevent the book from falling down. Please improve on that? Thanks
