Is it okay to switch to different brands of dry foods every time the bag finishes?

When changing food brand or flavor, Veterinarians recommend mixing the old and new foods over 7-10 days. Cats and dogs can get upset stomach from changing foods, so the food should be changed slowly. 75% old and 25% new for 2-3 days, 50% old and 50% new for 2-3 days, 25% old and 75% new 2-3 days. If your kitten is doing well on a particular food, there's really no need to change. If there is a problem with a particular food (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) consult your veterinarian for a recommendation. I hope this helps.

What is the youngest you can feed this food to? we found a very young kitten and we don’t know what to feed him. tia

Usually they can handle dry food by 6 or 7 wks. Not sure what you mean by young. Less than 6 wks should be on KMR ( kitten replacement milk) You can start on solid food by soaking the kitten chow in KMR then water until they are eating ok by themselves.
