This should be for the front wipers . I used it as the first section from washer pump to first connection . Battery acid had corroded my last hose .

I just checked to see if it matches an envoy 2005 and it will not fit . I also could not find a hose that matches your vehicle . They do sell the windshield washer tubing , should work . Don't throw away your old lines , you will need the fittings to attach it probably . You can route it however is best .
