Hot Stuff (Billionaire Bachelors Book 2) - Kindle edition by Monroe, Lila. Contemporary Romance Kindle eBooks @ desertcart.com. Review: 4.5 STARS! Full of heat, heart and humor! - I’ve enjoyed each one of Lila Monroe’s romantic comedies that I’ve read, and I’ve read several of them. Heavy on the humor and heat, low on the angst and drama, her stories are light-hearted and easy-reading. Monroe’s uniquely descriptive writing style takes me right there into the story, painting a vivid picture, and it’s one of the things I appreciate most about this author’s writing. She peppers her stories with all of those often overlooked, little details that bring the words to life in my mind. She blends them into creative plots coupled with interesting side characters and a sexy romance, and the results are a very enjoyable reading experience. Hot Daddy is the second book in her new Billionaire Bachelors series, and I’ll say it right now, from the tease she gave at the end of this book, I’m already bouncing in my seat impatiently for book three! This fake fiancée romance had a bit of different spin to it that I really liked. There was history between the hero and the heroine, making it very easy for them to pick right up where they left off. The heat between Jules and Cal was fiery, and while this may have initially been a business arrangement, there was no fighting this kind of chemistry, and business turned to pleasure between them pretty quickly. Hot Daddy had it all! A humor-laced plot that had me pulling for this couple right out of the gate and a sizzling romance that kept me smiling the whole way through. This book was sexy, sweet, entertaining and a whole lot of fun to read. Hot Daddy by Lila Monroe gets 4.5 smooches from me! Review: This was fun - Jules just lost her job, she shouldn't be surprised she did after all she maimed the practices son. Now she is trying to find income to live on since being left with a sort of reputation as a troublemaker with the other firms. When she gets asked to pretend to be the fiancee to a CEO who is trying to keep the children that he is a godparent for she agrees. The problem is he is the man she had a wicked time with in Vegas years ago. Memories still remain and when pretend becomes something more can it really work? This was fun, I thought the chemistry worked between the two. I liked the kids a lot and thought that Cal was unbelievably warm where they were concerned. Great read.

Review: Billionaire Bachelors 2: Hot Daddy
Hot Daddy is the second book in her brand new, smoking hot Billionaire Bachelors series. The story of Cal & Jules is a little bit second chance romance and a whole lot of fake relationship. The story is told in dual POV, is well-paced and well-written. Filled with humor, sexiness, angst, and emotion this book was engaging and amazing. Cal McAdams needs a fiancée STAT! He has to look like he is capable of taking care of his God Children, He was given custody of them in their parents will but their aunt who previously was never in the picture is ready to battle out the custody arrangements. Never mind that the children are happiest and taken better care of with Cal. Cue the fake Fiancée. Jules Robinson took protecting her feminine virtue too far apparently when she knocked the bosses son unconscious after he whipped his member out in front of her in the office. Now she is a talented lawyer with NO job and no prospects based on the lack of return calls on her applications. When the call come sin to meet with Olivia, she thinks she is going in to offer legal advise to Olivia, NOT become one of her employees. With the money too good to turn down, she really doesn't expect her new fake fiancé to be the memorable one night stand from Vegas! Cue the swoon! Loved it! Enjoy!

OK Romance
This is a cute fake fiancee romance, with several steamy scenes. It was mildly entertaining, and I liked Cal's god children, but I didn't really think their romance was believable. I had trouble buying that Cal and Jules were really in love -- seemed like mostly lust to me. I also thought that what Jules did was bad enough that it would have taken Cal much longer to forgive her. She didn't hurt him on purpose, but she did hurt both him and his god children badly. My rating system is below. 1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it. 2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws. 3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating. 4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one. 5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Delightfully Entertaining Fake Fiancé Story
Hot Stuff is book two in the Billionaire Bachelors series by Lila Monroe. I can always count on Lila Monroe to provide a story that is delightfully entertaining. I’ll laugh out loud, swoon, and fan myself as I read along. The heroines are smart, funny, witty, and can give as good as they get from these bachelors. I loved how Cal and Jules knew each other from their sexy one night stand in Vegas three years prior. They never forgot about each other or that night, and are now thrown together by unfortunate circumstances. This gives them a chance to get to know each other more and possibly find new beginnings and true love. I’ve read book one and Hallie and Max make appearances in this one. and already own book three in this series, which I’m looking forward to reading. I’m available for The Agency if Olivia is looking for more candidates. I recommend this book and this series for anybody looking for a quick, entertaining read who loves the fake fiancé trope.

Another brilliant, funny, enjoyable read. Cal and Jules had unforgettable history that is still strong so pretending to be a couple wasn't hard as the they couldn't ignore the chemistry between for too long. Love the humor in the story, it gives a lightness to the characters that makes them come a alive. Jules got in trouble because of how Frank she was with her opinions but her frankness also helped Cal to get his head out of his ass and wise up so he can be what those lovely children needed. Satisfaction guaranteed so get this book now.

Hot Stuff was my first read by Lila Monroe even though it is actually already book 2 in the Billionaire Bachelor’s series. Cal McAdams needs a fake fiancé asap in order to support his – not yet – fatherly image to court in order to gain custody of his godchildren. What he doesn’t expect is his one-night-stand from three years ago, Jules Robinson, to show up to take over that exact role. Their (sexual) chemistry can’t be denied and it’s just a matter of time until this fake arrangement just feels too real. Hot Stuff is a fun and easy read which makes you swoon over Cal, cheer for Jules and just gives you the need to kick some serious butt for those who absolutely deserve it. I enjoyed this one a lot and I am definitely going back for more.

I was going to just sit down and read for 15 minutes, next thing I know it’s been a few hours and the book is done. Loved it and couldn’t put it down. Amazing character development and the smexy scenes were both realistic and smokin’ hot!

This is the first time I am reading and reviewing this author and I am amazed how this author outshined her book and I'll definitely continue reading books from this author. The story revolves around how a billionaire hire a fiancee to solve his particular problem. Though I would say the storyline was nothing new and the concept was also nothing new but I love how Author changes the storyline at the end. The 2-3 chapters at the end was something which I loved to read. And the children in this book was Amazing and I think that should how the children should be in books because sometimes it happens that the author is showing 10 year child talking like 16, I mean duh! It was a nice, sweet read for me.
