Glass is broken

Broken product delivered!!
Product received today (11th June, 2021). I opened it immediately after delivery. It was a completely broken product and product box was already opened. The shipping box was intact.Really disappointed for such poor Quality checks.I have requested a replacement and will update what happens next!!

Damage product received
Received the damage product,1. The top class fitting is not properly2. power card cable was not fitting properly.3. while shaking the product some sounds coming(looks some part was disconnected from induction). so didn't connected to power at all. Returned...Amazon package was good.
