Excellent quality! The bag is sturdy, lightweight, and has plenty of space. The zippers are smooth, the straps are comfortable, and it easily fits all school essentials. Great value for the price—highly recommended!

Red color in photo is accurate. Doesn't feel as sturdy as the JanSport I had as a kid, but I still think it is a great value. Son used for Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade before I bought a replacement. Second backpack is on year three. Fits a binder, folders, water bottle, snacks, lunch box, and jacket comfortably. He also uses it as a carry on when we travel. He has never complained about the straps being uncomfortable.

Had trouble actually receiving this backpack bc its obviously shipped empty and the box was essentially weightless. My delivery driver didnt knock and in the five minutes the app took to tell me it was delivered, it blew away. Jansport and Amazon support were amazing and I was sent a replacement. Make sure youre home when purchasing this product, especially if youre enduring wind storms lol

Opens up bigger on the inside than I expected. Very roomy, enough to fit a laptop and binder. Material feels durable and almost waterproof-like. Definitely good purchase for the price.

This is a really nice backpack. The Jansports always hold up well. This particular model does not have a drink pocket on the side. I returned because of that. It clearly does not in the pictures so that was on me. But now that kids can’t live without a water bottle on them at all times, I don’t see how this is very useful.

JanSport backpacks have been around for years. They are a lot more expensive than they use to be and, like everything, seem to be made more cheaply. However, they are still a quality product and super useful for carrying things around. The straps provide good adjuetment and and storage capacity is very good for its class of bag. Might be nice if there was a partition in the main compartment, but sometimes it is helpful that there is not. The small pouch on the outside can hold quite a bit and is very useful. The style is still nice in appearnace. There is no odor for the product i received. If you are young, then it will be a comfortable pack, if you are older, then like any backpack, this one might hurt your back or nexk despite being well designed. Not sure if it is a great value for the price or if it will last forever like their older bags, but it is a good useful product so far.

The jansport is really good quality fit perfectly and it’s really nice I recommend it so much I got the color black and it came just like the picture.

Love this product. Basic for simple and great for basic students.

I had high hopes for getting some longevity out of this bag, bought in August 2024. By January 2025 the main zip was acting up and getting jammed. By April it has completely broken and will need to buy a new bag. Used for school and unfortunately didn’t even get a full school year out it. Wouldn’t buy jansport again.
