Where are the flasks made?

Not sure, but it still in great condition after almost a year.

can you engrave on them?

the leather around the flask is thin. So might not be the best surface to ingrave but you can try if your skilled. The metal is a better surface.

Don't know for sure, but I wouldn't buy it. I have an earlier review noting that it turned my whiskey green after sitting for a few months.
