Wonderful customer service. The clock screen went blank after a few months and after speaking to customer service via email and sending a pic of the clock, they quickly sent out a replacement. Easy to read and very helpful for my mom.

I ordered three for my Dad who's suffering from dementia. Needing to know the time and date is very important to him. All I had to do when I received them was plug them in. They set themselves. I put a clock by his chair in the TV room, one by his bedside and one in his bathroom. The display is large and bright so it's easily seen across a room and then it dims for evening. The display says morning, afternoon and evening which is great so he doesn't have to look at AM or PM and figure the time of day. These are a great addition for someone dealing with memory problems.

I got this digital clock about 15 months ago, and my wife placed it in one place in our bedroom. We never moved it, we just adjust its settings when necessary. I like It a lot, it shows the time and date in a big font, and so bright at the night. However, two days ago, it stopped working, just black not showing anything.I changed the batteries but still doesn't work. I would not recommend it to anyone, seems that they know it would last for a little bit over a year so they give you get only ONE year warranty.

This clock is exactly what I was looking for for my 92 year old mom. When she wakes up from naps she is always confused about what day it is and what time of day (morning, evening, etc.). This clock covers it all! It tells her if it is afternoon, evening, pre dawn, etc. The print is large as well so there is no problem reading it! Love it so far!

It just went blank, I have nothing on screen

Before getting this clock, my mother who has dementia, asked constantly what day it was. Now, she very seldom ever asks me. At first, I had to "train" her to use it. When she asked what day is this, I would say, "What does your clock say?"

This is the second one I’ve purchased. One was for my Mother & this one is for my sister. My daughter got one for me a couple years ago. We all love them. Easy to read & a helpful reminder for we seniors who have a issues with our memory.

I thought I had found the best clock for my Dad. Just what I had in mind. He was so excited to get this. Big problem is IT DOES NOT WORK..I never could get AM/PM to work. It always shows AM only. It did not keep time either. Would loose time. Instructions were easy enough. This is a Christmas gift, very disappointed it doesn't work, past the window of return. Guess I'm stuck with a piece of expensive junk. Don't take the risk to try it out.
