Good Cleaner. It Made an Old Hat Look New.
Someone gave me a really nice vintage Austrian hat. I bought this to clean it and it made it look like new. Good cleaner. Giving it enough time to dry good and tomorrow I will use the water repellent on it.

Picked up the Bickmore Foaming Dark Hat Cleaner Kit for my felt cowboy hat and it worked better than expected. The foam goes on easy and lifts off dirt without messing up the color or shape. The brush included is decent too, just wish it was a little softer. Overall really happy with it—brought my old hat back to life.

Huge disappointment
I was so excited to get this product but everything about it has been a huge disappointment. Shipping was delayed (not sure if that was amazon or usps fault though) I have been waiting several days to receive the item and then delayed even further. When I got ready to use it I opened the package and pressed on the sprayer tip and a few bubbles came out then nothing. It only dripped out and not enough to clean anything. It’s Saturday and of course no one to answer the phone. Asked to exchange but got just a refund. Based on the experience I probably will just clean with something else and not repurchase.

I have a great cowboy hat that collected a lot of dust in the closet.I decided to get this cleaning brush and it did a great job on my hat and I am very happy with the results.

Guess it's not a "kit" after all.
So I purchased a foaming hat cleaning kit and what I received was nothing more than a 4" brush tossed into the box with another item I'd ordered. 30 bucks well spent?
