Disappointed

The product is quiet expensive compared to other lip balms but since it was bioderma so I ordered. The outer body of the lip balm was dirty and the seal was broken. Amazon didn't accept my refund/replacement request. How can I trust if its a genuine product if there is no seal on it and the stick is so dirty?

Excelente producto

Adquirí el bálsamo pues debido a mi tratamiento dermatológico mis los labios se resecaron mucho, llevaba meses con descamación y pellejitos y, el bálsamo eucerin no me ayudó nada. A semana y media de usarlo los pellejitos se fueron y mis labios están mejor hidratados, lo aplico cada que lo necesito. Tiene una textura ligera, no se siente grasoso, deja un ligero brillo que pronto desaparece. Lo malo: el precio y que como lo usé mucho al inicio pronto se acabará.
