Works perfect
Great replacement for my lost paddle board leash. It is durable and easy to use. The cable is a right thickness for easy stretch and recoil. It stretch out long and coils right back up so you're not tripping on it. It functions as needed and is a good valilue for the price.

Works great for our stand up paddle boards. the cuff is comfortable and easy to use. I fall off, my board stays near. it is a perfect system.

Very light duty
Don't use this in the ocean or rapidly moving water. It's good for calm lakes or ponds, but if your life depends on not losing your board, get something with a thicker cord.

A surprisingly suitable choice for 90% of us, paddlers
Initially, I tought to buy this as an inexpensive temporary solution. But over the months since I have been using it, I came to the realization that this is all that I need. I don't surf the Northshore pipeline or cross the Alenuihaha channel on a daily basis. But I do capsize in rough waters, and I don't want to lose my canoe while I am swimming to catch my paddle. No extreme forces are involved, but I do need to keep connected to my craft. This light-weight and easily expandable leash does the job. I recommend to make one easy modification. To attach a small aluminum carabiner to the end that connects to the boat. To make disconnecting and reattaching that end easy and fast. E.g. after a huli recovery with an outrigger canoe, you necessarily end up with your leash looped around the bottom of your craft. You disconnect, pull the leash over and reattach it.

Decent quality, good price
Bought this as a replacement for a paddle board strap that broke. It is exactly what I was looking for. As good as the fancy original strap that came with the board.

J'ai été très surprise de voir la qualité de cette laisse pour planche à pagaie. Trés bien fabriqué, beau et de qualité professionnelle. Et surtout très abordable, j'en ai vu des plus délicat et moins bien fabriqué pour le double du prix dans un magasin de sports.
