Classic Information....Never Get's Old!
You either like Bob Hoffman or you don't. He was a man of his times, and many feel the father of American weightlifting. This book was originally written/printed in the 1940's. Funny how timely the advice still is today. Particularily as people are seeing the value of less specialization and more compound, multi- joint movements in weight training. Read all about it from one of the architects of the sport.
