I am SO GRATEFUL we've found these! As other reviews have written, they arrived almost warm, we live in Florida intense heat and they sat on our doorstep for many hours. The ice packs were completely melted and the water in them was warm. I was devastated, however there was a note inside saying the shelf-life was good for several days at room temp. I opened one package and they didn't smell funky or anything, so I put them in the fridge and figured we'd take a chance. They were absolutely FINE, thank goodness. So here's the best way to use them, they MUST be toasted. I toast them in a toaster oven. Twice. Once they go thru 2 toaster cycles, I take one piece of swiss cheese and immediately set it on top of the sandwich thin. I don't turn on the toaster oven anymore, just set the piece of cheese and close the door, for about 1-2 minutes. The cheese gets slightly melted, then time to eat! It's positively delicious. Like a little flatbread pizza! Even better, I dip it in Olive Oil as I eat it. It's the most delicious snack, and since I've been on Keto for 3+ weeks my appetite has shrunk. Just one of these suffices for my lunch. Tho they are so low in calories AND carbs, one could easily eat 2 of them for a (light) meal. I can see making mini-pizzas by putting more stuff on them. So happy these exist. We bought the Italian flavor and it's so good, we have no desire to try another flavor. YES they are expensive. Most Keto-friendly substitute foods are pricey. However as my scale drops every few days, I am excited and motivated to stick with this new regime and it's worth every penny.

I love these! I am basically a health nut. I read everything on labels, so I went ahead and bought these sandwich thins in Italian flavor. I have been toasting them on 450F and flipping them in the toaster oven. They never get crispy but do firm up. I have put jelly, peanut butter, cheese, and guacamole on them. I love them. Very taste. Not like toast.... but a great alternative when you are not trying to eat bread, gluten, or just a bunch of calories. It would be a fantastic way to trick kids or husbands into eating vegetables.

These truly are amazing and to have “bread” again is so awesome!! I have used these for pizza and garlic bread having a sweet tooth I put butter and cinnamon on them and toasted it!! I keep them in my freezer until I want to use them and thaw in the fridge if need to...the thickness for me is perfect and it really holds the pizza on it does not fall apart or get soggy. The taste is very good to me kinda nutty. Thank you for making such a great product I can eat and it’s so easy to use grilled or stovetop or broiled it’s amazing!!

These are such a delicious and convenient bread alternative. They really keep me on track in my lowcarb diet and there are so many uses for them. Italian is hands down the best flavor. I love to crisp them in the air fryer to get any cauliflower taste or texture out of them and they freeze well. I would however recommend they up the ice packs they ship with it as mine arrived warm with the ice melted and I was worried they'd go bad.

I like these. They're not bread by any stretch of the imagination, but they're perfect for spreading on some hummus or peanut butter and having a nice, low-carb snack. They don't crisp up very well in the oven, so I think microwaving them will be fine. Expensive but worth it. I'll buy more when I run out.

This product is okay. It isn't a great substitute for bread. It is bread-like but it is pretty moist. You have to toast it but even when I put it in the airfryer it never crisped up. I don't think I will buy it again.

The sandwich thins are kind of small, but adequate for making a sandwich. I put a couple in the oven to toast them a bit, and then put a burger on them. I got the Italian flavor, so with some mozzarella it was like an Italian cheeseburger. Absolutely delicious. I cannot speak for the original flavor, it seems like it may be bland, that is why I did not get that one. I imagine the jalapeño flavor would be great for tacos, or maybe fry it up for a tostado. Yes, now that I thought of that, I need to get that flavor!

These are absolutely delicious for anyone looking to replace bread this is your go too. I've tried several flavors and they are all great! I toast them and make breakfast sandwiches and use the pizza ones obviously for pizza but also calzones. You just have to bake it first before you put the sauce and other ingredients on them or it will be soggy. But definitely worth the price.
