Does it go on dry/hard to apply? I want some moistness to the product for easier fill in.

It goes on not liquid, so that would make it 'dry'--but it is not at all difficult to put on, doesn't 'hurt' like some really hard, dry products do--it just draws easily and if you go over it again it gets darker. It is the best brow pencil for me, after trying a LOT of others, including some even pricier. It looks very natural, too.
