TEACHUCOMP Video Training Tutorial for Microsoft Office 2010 DVD-ROM Course and PDF Manuals

Great teaching tool for the money. Very comprehensive. I am using this to brush up on my MS Office skills before job hunting. Easy way to do this at home for little money to increase my competitiveness in the job market. Only complaint is that it is not possible to go back precisely in a lesson to watch something again. There is a viewing slider, but it doesn't seem to work as one would expect. You have to start the lesson over if you want to replay something. Usually this is not that big of an issue as each lesson is only a few minutes long, however, a few, more complicated lessons are several minutes long and it would have been nice to be able to go back a bit rather than replay the entire lesson. I would still recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about MS Office and Windows.

While the product did arrive very quickly IT DIDNT WORK! Well,let me be clear, versions 97-2003 worked fine, but nobody needs those versions seeing as how it is 2012. Versions 2003-2010 wouldn't even open on my computer. I called the 800 # and had to leave a message, that was Sunday,today is Thursday, still no callback. Im very disappointed because I really needed the training but oh well, what can you do?EDITED TO ADD:After posting this review I received an email from the company trying to resolve the matter. The gentleman was very polite and apologetic and offered 3 different options that might suit me. Im very grateful that we were able to resolve the matter, and I would recommend this product to anyone who needs further training.

I have to say that I have not finished the whole DVD yet. However, having sat through some of the fast paced mini-courses offered at stores, I find these explanations much clearer. Some areas may move too slow for some but it is broken into so many short parts that you can easily skip a section if you wish. If you find that you missed something you don't waste much time going back.I will update this once I get past Powerpoint as that is something I need for my job and have avoided. If this makes it easier for me than I am doubly sold on it.

Overall, it was a excellent buy! There was no regret about it! 2 points I would like to see in future TeachUComp training DVD. Point [1] I wish there was a timer tick to show the total time of that particular video clip and the amount of time played. Point [2] I wish the speaker can deliver in a more concise and compact manner so users can finish the whole DVD in as short as possible time and at the same time learnt as much as possible. In Conclusion this DVD is a great buy!

Surprisingly good training for a low price. I'm an IT pro for over 15 years, and we got this to help my girlfriend learn office. I was impressed by the quality of the lessons, and she was taught how to use these great programs by MS. Thanks!

I upgraded to the newer (now older) Office system on my computer. Only use word and excel and not that much. I had so much trouble getting use to them, I bought this to help learn. But I figured out everything I needed to know through trial and error and haven't yet opened this disc.

This is a very good tutorial, a little disappointed that Publisher 2007 wasn't on it. The lesson are especially good for beginners and a little slow for the more experienced user. The format of listening to the video is a little distracting because you can't fast pace it.

I am enjoying this video. I bought it to help me brush up on Microsoft Products, and I believe it is serving it's purpose. I especially like that I can skip around on it. I would reccomend it. Good job with shipping as well.

Very nice instructional DVD, ok you probably won't need the 97 and 2000 But the 2007 and 2010 are great. There are lots of modules and lessons/demos in each module. It all seems to be Demonstrated with a clear explantion, each lesson/segment is onlly 2 or 3 minutes so its easy to do one or two or how many you fancy. Even experienced users can pick up some tips and knowledge form the introductions, I did.I have used other instructional that requires user imput/excersises, this dosn't however the up side is it's easier to rerun bits as its just click and run. If you want to do excercises, just pause it, swap to screens and practice whichever element you want.

was not worth the money I thought is was step by step tests to do it just pages and pages of writing you had to read which is no help for someone who has never done office before

it did not load so was returned this was handled efficiently
