Miele SBB 300-3 Parquet Twister Floorbrush for Hard Floors

Kinda expensive, but works terrific ! it has a larger orifice and more airflow than the original dual-purpose floor attachment. The newly purchased attachment is larger, flows more air, is lighter, and picks up debris better from hardwood floors. I wish I would have purchased this attachment sooner.

My sister has this floor brush, and I liked it a lot. I have the other version, which never actually sat flat on the floor, so while it did a good job, it was not the best option. So I finally bought this one. This unit sits flat on the floor, and does a very good job cleaning. I have a lower end Miele vacuum and this brush seems to improve the cleaning ability of the vacuum. Yes, the bristles need to be cleaned more often, but to me, that means that the brush is picking up more of the dust that is lying on the floor. There is more ease of movement with this brush. It pivots, easily and gets into spots that I had trouble reaching with my other brush. The only bad comment I have for this brush is the front to back width of it. That prevents it from getting into a few places that my other floor brush did. Now I use my duster brush for those spots. This is a minor issue to the overall advantages of this brush. With my other brush, I had to run my Swiffer to pick up the remaining dust layer. Don't have to do that now.

I've worked for a cleaning company for years and went through a lot of different vacuums/brushes, and so far this is one of the best. While it is a little expensive (compared to the overall price of the vacuum itself!), it lasts! We just bought one for our home where we installed brand new hardwood floors and I'm very happy with the way it's working. The brush is very thin and moves in different directions, which makes it easy to use it under the couches, doors, and corners. While it is a floor brush, it can be used on rugs/carpets, although it may not work as well. But if you need to quickly pick stuff of from a rug, with a certain angle and a little bit of elbow grease the brush will definitely get the job done. :)

I bought a new Miele Parquet Twister because my old one wore out after 20 years. Yup. My Miele vacuum is very old but still working well. This parquet twister works perfectly on wood or tile floors.

I can't believe I am saying this but this tool and Miele in general make that dreaded vacuuming task so much easier. I never thought i's see the day when I willingly vacuumed and did not get a backache after that exercise. This tool allows me to easily vacuum under low furniture. It has more and softer brushes than the tool that came with my vacuum (cheapest model). I,have only wood or tile floors with the occasional rug. This tool is perfect for the wood and tile. The tool has a great flex, turns at the connection to the wand. So the brush part can stay level to,the floor but you can turn the hose to allow the brush to slide easily under furniture and turn corners. It's much easier to vacuum around chair and table legs and actually vacuum. I have a dog and know how the dog hair gathers around wooden legs. This device easily sucks up that hair that gathers in awkward places p. I can vacuum with out having to change to a different brush or as was often just with the bare hose. this brush makes vacuuming so much easier and efficient no need to change brushes in mid vacuum. plus again no backache. The funny thing though is this piece comes direct from Germany so it has a customs clearance that requires your signature. Shipment is quick it took about 10 days even with the signature requirement.

The Miele SBB300-3 Parquet floor brush is a great addition to a Miele upright vac, because it allows you to clean the hard floors such as tile, hardwood, vinyl - without danger of scratching. Most of the Miele uprights allow you to shut off the beater brush when going over your smooth floor, and I use this feature routinely - so why pay extra for this floor brush? - The soft-ish bristles and hairs will do a much better job removing surface dust from hard floors than suction alone. While a once-over with the upright is okay most of the time, sometimes you need a more thorough cleaning. - Reaches into the crevaces, such as the grooves in many hardwood floors, and the groutlines in tile floors, etc. Getting the brush into these areas removes dust and dirt that suction alone often misses. - More manuverable and can reach places that the upright cannot. The pivot of this brush is great and it is effortless to glide along and into small areas. Also reaches under things better. In addition to the above, I like the design of the brush. It is made of sections of long hairs and sections of short hairs in an alternating pattern. This allows dirt and debris to easily enter between the long sections and get sucked up - instead of everything clinging to the outside of the brush, having to be removed by hand. The only thing I really don't like is the price. This brush is not cheap, by any means. I bought it anyway, and I like it a lot, but the price is really hard to justify.

I have been using Miele canister vacuums for over 15 years, using the combination floorbrush that came with it, despite the fact that my house is all hardwood and low-pile rugs. I had no idea what I've been missing out on. This floorbrush is amazing, it's so much lighter and easier to maneuver. Makes vacuuming hardwood floors a breeze. It's very durable, great quality as all Miele vacuum products. The suction is just as good, if not better. If you're thinking about it, just get it. It's very much worth it.

Wow, this has made a good machine brilliant. I homeboard dogs, dog hairs everywhere, Dysons, Hoovers, etc. couldn't cope, rollers kept getting clogged, but this is brilliant on hard floors, easy to manouevre, angle into corners, the dog hairs stick to the bristles as well as get pulled into the dustbag, and so easy to remove the hairs off the attachment. Just can't say how pleased I am with this product, it has really made a difference to cleaning - brilliant!!!

Love the way this vacuum head swivels and is so easy to use. Very pleased with this purchase and the speedy delivery.

Diese Staubsaugerdüse verwende ich nun seit ein paar Jahren und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Ich habe glatte Böden. Die Original-Düse meines Miele eco extra leise-Staubsaugers hat zwar im Grunde funktioniert, aber sie war unzumutbar in der Anwendung. Denn obwohl der Sauger gut und an sich recht leise ist, hat die Düse einen unglaublichen Lärm produziert. In meiner alten Wohnung (Laminat und Fliesen) und in meiner jetzigen (hochwertiges Linoleum und Fliesen) haben sich jeweils die Nachbarn von untendrunter beschwert, weil ich beim Saugen immer so viel Krach machte... Beim ersten Mal dachte ich noch es liegt an den empfindlichen Nachbarn. Kann nicht sein, das Ding hat gequietscht und geschrammt, auch wenn man die Düse für glatte Böden umgestellt hat. Ich fand sie zudem recht schwer. Also habe ich sie entsorgt und mir diese hier angeschafft. Ich war kurz davor, den Sauger wegzuwerfen... Die Düse funktioniert prima auf meinen Böden und auch auf kleinen Teppichen kann ich sie problemlos verwenden. Katzenhaare und Streu lassen sich auch problemlos einsaugen. Es saugt sich damit sehr schnell und kein Nachbar jammert. Und sie lässt sich gut reinigen, ich weiche sie einfach ab und zu in lauwarmes Wasser ein und spüle sie ab - wie neu.

Ho pavimenti sia di parquet sia di ceramica, ho preso questa spazzola da sostituire a quella in dotazione (x tappeti e pavimenti) e al momento mi trovo molto bene è silenziosa e scorrevole. Vorrei aggiungere una cosa molto importante, questa spazzola non è per tappeti (rivolto a chi dice che si incolla al tappeto, per quelli c'è un accessorio diverso) infatti è per parquet e pavimenti duri, ceramica, marmo ecc. ha attacco snodabile e fa si che entri anche in spazi ridotti, per me è un ottimo accessorio Miele, se posso dire indispensabile per pulire pavimenti.
