It arrived promptly but the dongle didn't work at all the headset appears to work as i did manage to conect it to my phone though the mic didn't work. Contacted for a refund / replacement advice and no response in 4 Working days. They assure you a reply in 2 not happy.

Great sound and solid enough build quality with brilliant battery life (full charge lasts a good few days with many calls). Would seriously recommend

Sound is high quality, both the speaker and mic. Not super comfortable although I do have a big head

Wir haben für uns 3 dieser Headsets bestellt, leider weisen alle Fehler auf. Bisher dachten wir es liegt an unserer Software, leider lliegt es an den headsets. Das eine Verbindet sich nicht richtig oder verliert die Verbindung, das andere hat einen Wackelkontakt und es ist kein Gespräch ohne unterbrechung zu führen und das andere lässt sich nicht über die Knöpfe bedienen.Sehr schlecht. Beim Produktsupport wird eine Nummer angezeigt die für Kamerazubehör ist und man konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen.Ich würde dieses Gerät nie wieder kaufen.

Pretty pleased with the price for a good brand. They are sturdy and feel good quality. The mute button works in Teams and Skype but not zoom. Battery life is amazing. Sometimes I hit a glitch and have to restart the headset. Happened twice.
