Really tasty and so easy to use! I made Massaman curry with coconut milk and beef, and everyone loved it.

Oh my! This is our favorite curry. Using this simplifies the process and provides a taste that is very close to from scratch process.

I have looked for Massaman curry paste in local stores and wasn’t able to find it. This is an excellent product and has a prominent place in my fridge whenever I’m craving to add a little curry flavor to my Asian dishes.

Very tasty with restaurant style flavors. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because only after buying it did I realize you need to add your own tamarind, fish sauce, and sugar. The whole point of buying a paste is to avoid having to get all the specialty ingredients required to make it from scratch, so having to add tamarind and fish sauce makes the paste less convenient than I would like it to be. I just add some tamari and sugar, since I looked it up and supposedly tamari can be used as a substitute for fish sauce. The tamarind is just missing for me, so the flavor is always slightly off. That being said, this paste is great because it's vegan. It also comes in the resealable tub, making it easy to use over time and keep fresh. I was able to make several pots of curry and curry soup with one tub. I'll be buying over and over to keep this a staple in my home!

We love this curry paste and use it to slow cook beef with garlic ginger and coconut cream. We add baby potatoes, onion wedges and carrot chunks. Add unsalted peanuts just before serving. Serve with jasmine rice. I’m not Thai, but have travelled a lot and really love Thai food. This is one of my absolute fave weekend dinners to make and everyone in the house gets excited when they smell it. Even 6 year old loves it. Not spicy, just tasty. Delicious.

When I couldn't find massaman curry paste anywhere I checked on Amzon and was happy to find it and at a reasonable price. I've never had authentic massaman curry before so can't comment on how authentic the taste is but my family likes all types of curries so when I found a recipe that looked like it might be a winner I decided to try it. The ingredients in the paste looked good with no junk so I bought it. My recipe only calls for 3 tablespoons of curry paste so there was plenty left after I opened it which is great value for money. I store the remainder in the fridge. There is a bit of heat to it but not too much that my 11 year old was put off (none of us like spicy foods). In fact everyone agreed the curry was really good and it's now in regular rotation. I've made the curry 4 times now and there's still more curry paste left in the tub for about one, maybe two more curries. Definitely a winner.
