The taste is not bad, but it's a bit thick and over lemony. The thing I liked least about this hollandaise is that there were no cooking instructions on the jar, only a website. Who needs a website when you just want to pour hot hollandaise on your asparagus??? This stuff gets a pass from me.

It was ok. Very thick, heat with more milk to right consistency. Too heavy on the lemon. Ate it, but will continue my search for a worthy one elsewhere.

When I opened the jar I could smell that THE SAUCE IS CLEARLY RANCID. Purchased in July 2025. Product has a 2024 date on it. None of this matters for non returnable items.
